I bought my new Scion TC from them in September. They called and reminded me about me upcoming free maintenance and then received a post card reminding me one more time. I called made the appt when it was good for me and I was out of there within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and polite. This is my 4th Toyota and I have been happy with each one.

I received a letter in the mail from Shore Toyota in December asking me to bring in my 2013 Toyota Tundra lease to upgrade to a new one as part of a early trade in program. I drove an hour both ways only to find out that not only couldn't they match the monthly payment to get me into a new tundra but we were $150 a month apart citing "residual value being higher in the new vehicle." My 2013 tundra was $40,000!!! the 2015 tundra had the same sticker price...I received good service from Jesse but he wasnt making the final decision...I feel that I was duped into believing that I would hop right into a new tundra but it was only their plea to get me in there to milk me for more money!!! My wife and I both drive Toyotas (hers being a 2015 Sienna, loaded)..I called Shore Toyota in October informing them that I was looking to lease 2 vehicles( tundra and sienna)...I spoke to a salesman and gave him my monthly payment request , he told me he would talk to the finance dept. and call me back. He never did!!! So I gave them a second chance when I received the letter... What a mistake!!! Waste of time and gas!!! I told them they were losing 2 leases every 3 years and they didnt seem to care.. Im probably gonna give the Dodge Ram a try, same engine, better interior features and less money...I love my tundra but you are only paying for the name!!!

these dealer sold me a brand new car. after only 800 miles i started hearing a weird noise coming from the engine compartment. they told me it was a defected fuel pump so they replace it. and then the problem came back. so they try to fix it again at this time they try 5 times and they can not fix these problem. they told me i am going to have to deal with it till they can figure it out. it has been 9 months since the problem and still nothing. what happen to the toyota quality they keep on saying they have. they are just looking after themselves. they don't care about there customers. don't buy from them.

Bait and switch is alive and well at shore toyota. Stated they had two models on their lot via internet sales. Went there and had none. Tried to sell me something else. Terrible!

I was lied to on more than one occasion about my vehicle being at the dealer.. I was so excited I dropped everything at work to find out the vehicle wasn't even there.. After 4 trips down there with no vehicle they finally produced one about a week later sep 17. I naught the vehicle and find it was in some sort of accident in shipping.. They had to replace numerous parts.. Windshield, bumper, headliner , dash etc... While these repairs were being performed I asked for my registration.. They assured me it would be put in the mail.. They swore they fed ex it .. Funny they are unable to produce a tracking number .. I got a 200$ ticket court appearance required today.. So now I am out 200$ plus a days pay and I'm afraid to drive because I still have no vehicle.. Go to Holman Toyota they will take care of you! Shore is awful
