Made an appointment a week in advance for a loose belt issue that would take probably 10-15 minutes to fix. Got there 15 minutes early. Sat in waiting room for over an hour and a half, only to discover that they hadn't even pulled my vehicle into the repair shop. I asked "Why bother making appointments if they mean nothing?". Of course I got no answer, only "sorry". The thing that really irks me is that my appointment was for 11:30AM. I have no doubt that at the moment I walked in the door, the service department knew that they would not be getting to my vehicle for several hours, yet said nothing to me about a very long wait. I mistakenly assumed that with an appointment, someone would be looking at my vehicles as scheduled. WRONG. I can't tell you if the service was any good, because I took my vehicle and left without service. The service department management and the service reps clearly don't give a xxx about their customers

I really don't care going to car dealers but with Daniel's Corcillo help it was the best experience I've had. I definitely will recommend honda of princeton . I've already told a dozen people about the experience and how great it was. again I really appreciate Daniels customer service. He talk to me like a real person not like a salesman. my wife will be in the market for a new car within the next year I'm definitely coming back thank you.

Got my first CPO Honda from Honda of Princeton. Dan was a very warm and helpful person, very respectful for your own personal will as well. The service is efficient as well as well-rounded. A nice place to go if you're also considering getting a Honda car for yourself.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have the majority of my services completed here and have up until now been very happy. That all changed this most recent time I went in for service. I dealt with a service advisor who I have not seen before, Jason Pelcman. From the moment I arrived I got the sense that he was annoyed to be working on this day and it showed. He was not very friendly and at times even rude. Even when he called with the diagnosis of the vehicle he again made another rude comment about having to be at work on this day. I had a major service completed and spent almost $600 and they didn't even reset my maintenance minder! Looks like I will be going to Hamilton Honda next time I need service. Huge disappointment.
