Went to price an Impala.I was told to ask for a person and they weren't there.They sent another salesman out,very sloppy and unprofessional looking.Didnt ask for my name or anything gave me keys to a 41 thousand dollar car and told me here go drive it.No explanation of car nothing.I liked it so I asked for a price and they were 5 grand below trade value and higher than everyone else on car.Wouldnt talk about anything or work on deal!The salesman just said what are you professional negotiators and balled up the sheet with the price and through it.So I left.Very unprofessional dealership,no one in sales wanted to work,I guess that's why dealership was empty.

My daughter's 2006 Saturn ION has experienced smell gas , contacted GM customer assistance center , forwarded my call to Princeton Chevrolet senior service advisor-- Beth Z. She is an outstanding, courteous, very polite likable person. She told me , it will take a week to get the parts . and exactly one week later , my daughter's car is done, Beth notified me a few days ago about the fuel pump assembly will come . thank you Beth. She is a true professional, I would highly recommend her to someone who needs good reliable honest Service advisor.

Bought an Equinox via online research and the dealer in Princeton’s price was $400 lower than the other quotes. They honored the price and the salesmen was very patient and knowledgable. Will do business again here

I wanted a new Equinox so I called around to a few dealers who shall remain nameless. I wanted to know a PRICE before going to the dealership. One dealer was rude and wouldn't pay any attention to me unless I went there. Another dealer gave me a price of $24,538. The Princeton dealer, I talked to Joanne who seemed very nice. She called me back and told me $24,000 so I made an appointment. We test drove, and it was very easy. No games, they honored the 24000. Brad did the financing and paperwork and was able to match my interest rate from Hamilton credit union so that worked out. Everyone on the staff I dealt with was friendly and seemed happy to be at work. The only suggestion I have is that it took a little long to wait for the paperwork to get done so i think there should be a quicker/electronic way to do it. But, this dealer gave me a great price, they honored it, and the people were nice so I would go back and I have told co-workers also.
