This deal could have been so easy for them. I saw the car on-line, called, drove from MA to NJ to look at it, called 2 days later and made an offer. With 2 times back and forth we had a deal. Then the misery started. They needed me to pick up the car right away. The car was an SL550 so not cheap. It had a crack it the windshield they told me they'd fix, the car pulled to the right a bit and they would check that too. I had a friend drive down to NJ a week later to pick the car up and they hadn't done a thing. They tried to pull and bait and switch with the warranty and I was on the phone with the Finance manager for 20 minutes arguing with him. They finally conceded because I wouldn't back down. It was ridiculous. They sold the car to me and didn't even have the title. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. And I've owned a few in my day.

The process was typical of a car buying experience, no better, no worse. My only complaint was that it took TWO MONTHS for me to get my plates, title and registration mailed to me. I also wanted to reuse my old plates to save a few dollars but I got new ones.

I had bought a Dodge Journey 2009 from this dealership , about 6 months after the check engine light went on. At the time of purchase I was talked into buying a warranty for it (which all said and done doesn't cover anything) any way about $2500 dollars later and 4 shops later no one can figure out what is wrong with the Journey. Funny when reading the reviews there are some people that had similar problems like I had, I think that should say something about the cars they sale. Stay clear of the dealership and if you do buy there .....good luck and stay clear of the so called warranty they sale you. Ron

I bought 2 cars from them, you would think i would have learned from the first disaster i purchased. I bought a 2006 ford escape that broke down the first day i had it, unfortunately I was in PA and I had to pay to have it towed to them because it was not driveable, they gave me a real hard time fixing it but they eventually did. There were too many other problems with the car to list here. The second car i purchased was a 2009 Chrysler 300. Didn't even put 50 miles on the car and a tire blew and the sensor in the tire needed replacing, once again they gave me a hard time, now after putting 300 miles on the car there are so many lights lit on the dashboard I'm not even sure where to begin. So people beware what you buy from them.. I will say this. The salespeople are great too bad the owners suck.
