After making appt. to see the car, the sales rep comes back and tells me the price is only good if I finance it since they have an online offer he didn't know about. The car is in their lot for past 5 months and the same day when I go test drive, they have an offer.. I walked away...

This dealership is simply dishonest. I’ve purchased new and pre owned cars over the years and have yet to come across a group of deceitful individuals like those at this dealership. Their only way of doing business is through deceptive practices. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing a new or used car from this dealership to strongly reconsider.

I bought a 2011 Q7 S-Line from this dealership on 10/27/15. As part of the deal, I agreed to pay for an Audi OEM tow hitch and the dealership agreed to install it (these hitches require precise installation and sensor re-calibration). When I returned to have the work done, I found that the dealership used an after market/inferior tow hitch, used a wiring harness from AutoZone (the Audi OEM hitch has the harness integrated). The installation was not done by Audi, but some window tinting and alarm installer. The worst part of this is that the installer drilled into the tow hitch and used a couple of pieces of wood to secure the wiring harness to the tow arm. It is shameful how they tried to pull this off on such a nice car. I'm sure they get away with this a good percentage of the time, but they just happened to try and pull a fast one on the wrong person. I'm a lawyer so we'll see how this goes. Please note this is not a legal advertisement or legal advertising. I'm a consumer in this instance.

Once again, I am truly sorry. As you stated, Audi Brooklyn did resolve the problem. I agreed to correct everything that we performed poorly with, and I handled this with the utmost priority. I am glad you finally got the tow hitch that you wanted in the vehicle. Following your experience, I have discontinued my business relation with the vendor that installed the tow hitch on your vehicle. Contrary to your assumption that you’re sure that we get away with this a good percentage of the time, we actually have a very low percentage of tow hitch sales and installations. It is an unnecessary product for the majority of my clients here in Brooklyn. Most New York City residents are not towing campers or boats, with the occasional bike racks but again, not a common product sold. I hope that in the future I can regain your confidence in Audi Brooklyn. We rely on clients like yourself to express their views so that we can improve our process. Thanks to clients like yourself, we at Audi Brooklyn have gained some of the highest achievements in the industry. We are ranked top 5 Audi dealer in the Eastern Region, and top 20 in the Nation! I made an appointment for three thing I wanted to get done on my car. 1. perform a fuel pump recall, 2. check for the noise coming from left front wheel, same concern at couple months back, 3. check headlight operation. I dropped the car off at 9 am and I knew I had to leave the car so all the services can be performed, I asked the service advisor Ertan Jusuf what time the dealership closed and if work will not be done same day will they work on the car on Saturday. The answer I got no they don't do that kind of work on Saturdays. Before I left service advisor told me that he will call me and keep me informed on progress. I didn't get a phone call the whole day from the dealership so I went to pick up my car at 5 30 pm since they close at 6 pm. when I showed up there service advisor was stunned to see me there and asked me why am I there. when I told the service advisor that I didn't hear nothing from him the whole day and that I came back to pick up the car, service advisor had nothing to say to me. Then I asked what was done to the car and he had no answer for me, he finally asked technician some information and I was told that They checked my car for recall and recall is not needed for my car. They found that left front tire was directional and it was put on wrong way And my headlights were not checked at all. Well one thing I can say is I ran a Toyota service department for 6 years and I know it takes 2 minutes to check the car if it needs a recall or not, its simple as putting a vin number in system and it will let you know does it qualify or not. Right after I left the dealership I went to another shop and took care of the tire problem and guess what the noise is still there, that's because it was not a tire noise it was a wheel bearing noise same as couple months ago and Audi Brooklyn dealership replaced my left front wheel bearing. And no work was don't on my lights, well thank a lot that's only a safety issue People please do not go to that service department, unless you are paying money for service they don't want to do any warranty work what so ever. Horrible service, I have a 2015 Audi A3 I should not have any problem like this

I went back to Brooklyn Audi for concerns i had on my car, and today service writer and service department treated me correctly and took care off all my concerns. Service writer called me and updated me with status on my car, shop foreman test drove the car with me and confirmed the noise, mechanics found the problem and they fixed it. i was treated with respect and service department showed me that they work with customer and treat them with respect
