Let me first say that I rarely offer a review for anything online. However, after leasing my 2016 C Class at Rally Motors in Roslyn I’m compelled to tell you my experience. First off, my salesperson John Kunar was definitely the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with - ever. I’m 51 years old and have purchased a Ford Expedition, Mazda MPV and Honda Accord. I have leased an Infinity G35 and G37, BMW 3 Series (twice) and now leased my second Mercedes C300. I have dealt with over 7 different sales people and John was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional guy that I ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went through the entire leasing agreement from A to Z without sounding bored or rushed yet we were able to get through it at record time. He answered all my questions in a very thorough and friendly manner. Going through all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle was awesome. John explained it all to me in a manner that can only be described as "animated enthusiasm." His passion for doing this job is immense and quite frankly contagious. I am thrilled to give John a 5 out of 5 stars and I strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase or lease a Mercedes to come to Rally Motors in Roslyn and ask for John Kunar for exceptional customer service. If I could give another star, I would. In the past, I had taken my car to local shops to be fixed or touched up. Never again would I do that after the service I received at Rallye. Ken in particular made the experience top notch for me, ensuring that I was kept in the loop during my car's service period and returning my car in even better shape than it was when I bought it new. I know that doesn't sound possible, but that is surely how I felt when I picked up my car after repair. Ken is accessible, real, and an outstanding overall professional to work with. 100% consider Rallye Collision Center for any of your car service needs, and make sure you have the opportunity to work with Ken - he made all the difference!

Lisa was excellent. Very understanding, patient and she followed up with me. The entire service team at Rallye made an unpleasant situation smooth & seemless. My car left my (9 month) pregnant wife stranded on the side of the highway. Roadside came, issued us a loaner and ultimately, I was able to get into a new car based on the repeated service issues my vehicle had. I don't expect any luxury car to be perfect. They have a lot electronics which can become defective at any moment. The EXPERIENCE from Lisa and the service management team (Charlie & Keith) was fantastic. Anyone can sell you a car, but great service and a pleasant experience when you are frustrated and having problems is hard to find. I'm a raving fan of Rallye and I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from them. - Kevin Douglas

We had the battery fail in our S63 and had roadside assist come to jump start the vehicle that evening. The following morning, I called Rallye Motors and spoke with Shaun Weissman who went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule. I arrived at the Service Department at the allotted time, and I was wiling to wait as long as necessary to have them look at our vehicle. My son and I did some "window shopping" in the showroom while we were waiting. Vincent was very helpful and arranged to have the vehicle ready in time so that I could pickup our youngest child from the bus stop. Everyone was amazing and we were very happy with the treatment that we received!
