The worst customer service ever. They are liars and rude. Tell you they paid your car off over a week later still nothing and you call no one answers or returns your call. The receptionist nicole needs to go to customer service school bc she is beyond rude. I would never recommend anyone I would ride a bike b4 buying a car from them again.

The worst car purchase experience of my life. This dealership, or at least the salesperson and manager I dealt with, used hard sales tactics that were stressful. I finally got the car I wanted, which I love (I had a Kia prior) at the price I wanted. What ensued after was terrible. I have major health issues (a rare pancreatic condition) and though I told the salesperson repeatedly that I had to go to Syracuse for a medical treatment he pressured me to come in again when I couldn't. The fact I had health issues didn't register as it would with most human beings. My husband and I came in again so he could test drive the car. We were told we could leave with the car by a certain time so we could pick up our 4 year old. We were held hostage for an additional 45 minutes as the salesperson tried to handle two customers at the same time instead of delegating. Two days ago I had the final sale appointment at 10am. I waited in their showroom for 2 hours and 15 minutes before seeing the finance manager (who was the only genuinely kind person). I missed an important doctor's appointment and the salesperson kept telling me "5 more minutes" or "10 more minutes". They clearly were not organized or prepared for my appointment. I was treated like a nuisance for telling him I needed to leave. I couldn't leave because they took the dealer plates off. I now have to wait 2 months to get in with this doctor. For most people that isn't a big deal. For someone with my condition, it was devastating. After meeting with the finance manager I thought I could leave but the salesperson never had my car inspected during the 3 hours I was there! I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then as I was leaving and desperate to get home to recuperate I was told by the salesperson they found molding needed to be replaced. They never included this in the "We owe you" documentation and since I wasn't feeling well needed to get home and couldn't wait anymore. I felt they took advantage of the fact I'd been beaten down having to be there so long so they sprung that on me as they knew I just wanted to leave. It has been four days and I am still waiting on the "We owe you" things: a 2nd key they couldn't locate anywhere and to view my trade in car after they were to detail the inside. There is nothing baby and puppy friendly about these people as their ad brags. I thought they would be a friendly dealership for someone with severe health issues especially their commitment to charities but were not in any way. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. I submitted a formal complaint to Kia's Corporate office and the general manager and owner of this dealership. James Morrell is the owner and I just hope my letter makes it to his desk.

Not only was the experience on the day I bought the car horrible (grossly underestimated delivery time and kept lying about it) but now I find out there was a recall issued on my new 2015 Kia Soul BEFORE I bought it and they sold it to me unrepaired and never told me about the recall. It's a recall that, if not fixed, could lead to a crash. I found out about this recall when I got a recall in December and I called to schedule the repair. The man in service told me about the other recall and when I asked why I had never heard about it he was extremely evasive and never did tell me. So I went to the Kia site, entered my VIN number and that's when I found out I never got the recall notice because it was issued while it was still sitting on the Destination Kia lot waiting to be sold. So now I have 2 recalls that will take at least 3 hours to fix and I am very ill and in the middle of treatment. When I asked for a loaner car so they could keep it a day and I would not have to sit there sick or miss medical treatment I was told no. No? When you should have fixed it before I ever purchased it? (The recall I just got only takes an hour to fix but the other one is longer.) When I began to ask a lot of questions about this unknown recall and got total evasion, I asked to speak to the boss. Was told he would be there Monday, was given his name and while I was in mid-sentence the service man hung up on me. They lie, they evade, they are rude and I would recommend that ANYONE who has bought a car from them run the VIN number to see if you too already bought a car with a recall on it. I'll never go back to them for another car. Trust me - they will be making good on this and they're not going to make me sit there sick or miss medical treatment. I'm sure what they did violates some law and I will be finding that out. They have pulled this with the wrong person.

Was shocked to hear that the appointment I made weeks in advance was unknown to them. So I decided to at least talk to the service manager. Well good thing I wrote things down. Little did I know that the number that I called was not a number for them so said him. That was until he called it .. Wow I didn't lie . Then I got a attitude. Thanks for the friendly service.
