When we arrived we were offered beverages and popcorn. We had Kenny Lau whom helped us. We had our eyes on a used SUV but it was out of our price limit for monthly payments. Kenny helped us find a brand new 2015 Kia Forte. I was kind of hesitant at first since it's definitely not an SUV, but when we got the call that it was in our price range and we could have it if we wanted it we were sold. I absolutely love this car, and so does our son. We even got the 2 six flags vip gold season passes (we used them yesterday and had a great time!) I was a little discouraged since I traded in my 2009 Lancer Ralliart and was given back less then what I still owed on it. However, Kenny informed us of the work that actually had to be done to it. All and all it was a good experience we walked away happy and now have a 2015 Kia Forte. THANK YOU DESTINATION KIA, KENNY LAU AND MATT PANARO!

The overall process at Destination Kia was very good. It was quick and easy, and i feel that I received an excellent deal. The salesman, Peter Karian, that I worked with was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Kia's Pull Ahead Lease Program was an effective way to terminate one lease and move into another. Overall the service was excellent with the sales team staying after hours on our initial visit. Destination Kia certainly lived up to being an award winning dealership. However there is always room for improvement. On the day we picked up the new vehicle we at one point waited for 45 minutes with very little interaction. Also as mentioned in a previous review I too was blindsided by the finance manager's explanation of the service contracts which altered the monthly lease payment. I would have expected the sales team to have prepped me for that conversation. On the whole a quality car leasing experience.

He showed me the wrong car price. Try to call the expensive price although the car is basic options. So bad experience!!!!! I cannot believe any dealer at all at Kia.
