As a car enthusiast and one that has owned now 55 vehicles in their lifetime, I have come to expect the very best when it comes to the car buying process. I honestly have to admit that in today's world, 80% of dealerships fall flat on their faces when it comes to supplying the customer with a satisfactory vehicle buying experience. I had been in the market for a Lincoln MKS for 6 months and had several dealerships not only drop the ball and lose my business, but actually come across very insulting and literally force me to look elsewhere due to their shady business practices and horrendous management and dealer ownership. Then I accidentally stumbled upon Feduke Lincoln in NY. Even though they were several hours away from my home in PA, I pulled them up through vehicle searches and they had an MKS that I wanted. Upon contacting them through the online sales via email, I immediately was contacted by Garrett Feduke and I have to admit, he was extremely professional from A to Z. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what most salesman do nowadays to earn my business and respect. You can imagine how many dealerships and sales people I have dealt with over the years in having purchased 55 vehicles. You must remember that those were just the purchases, and does not include all the failed attempts at purchasing. Thus, I have literally dealt with probably 500 plus sales people and dealership owners in my lifetime. So to say that Garrett Feduke is one of the top 10 sales people I have ever dealt with in my life is giving him and Feduke Lincoln extreme praise. But trust me, they deserve it! From that first email response to the last phone call AFTER my purchase was complete,and I was back home and completely enjoying my MKS, Garrett Feduke and Feduke Lincoln proved time and time again that they are top notch professionals that actually care about making a sale, wanting feedback after the sale, and treating customers with the highest amount of respect and understanding in what the customer is literally looking for and wanting in their vehicle purchase. When I went to pick up my MKS and sign all the final papers, EVERY single person I met at the dealership acted friendly, courteous, and caring. From the file clerk to the finance and service managers, they were all top notch individuals. If you want to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that does care about what you want and is willing to take the time to do what they have to do to earn your business, they by all means you should at least consider Feduke Lincoln and Feduke Ford. Especially if they have a vehicle you are interested in, you really should give them a chance to see what they can do for you. I did, and not only am I a proud owner of a Lincoln MKS, but Feduke has earned my future business as well simply because Garrett and the entire staff at Feduke Lincoln did everything they had to do to put me behind the wheel of the car I truly wanted. A great many thanks to Garrett and Feduke!

3/10/2014 Ford Motor Co. I am writing this email, to compliment a dealer in your network. I recently purchased a new Ford F150 XLT, from Feduke Ford in Vestal, NY. The experience started with an Email contact with the Feduke Ford internet contact requesting information on a used Ford F150 that they had available. I received a response very soon after sending the request, and then a follow up call from Garrett Feduke, to further discuss the truck and answer any questions. Garrett set up an appointment to meet and look at the truck, and I went into meet Garrett and look at the truck. It turned out that the truck was not what I was looking for but close. Garret went out of his way to find a truck that was a fit for me. It turned out that we were able to better meet my needs with a new truck. He and I both searched the available 2013 F150s in the area and found a truck that was what I was looking for. Garrett, the Finance manager Matt Ludwig, and the Sales Manager Stetson Weingartnier, worked together to meet my financing needs and the other requests I wanted. It was a pleasant experience, I loved the truck, and we proceeded with the sale. After picking up the truck and driving it for a bit, I found some items and issues that needed to be addressed, and I was directed to the service department. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning and I met with Dave Palmetier in the service dept., which took the truck in and had a mechanic begin the process. There a part that needed to be ordered, so a second appointment was set to bring the truck in and leave it for the day. I received a call from the service manager Warren Weeks following up on the Saturday visit and confirmed the Tuesday appointment. I dropped the truck off on Monday Night and was given a loaner to use during the service period. On Tuesday the truck was handled by Dave Quinn and his team. I picked the truck up Tuesday night, and all was well. I want to thank the above individuals for a very pleasant experience. They were all professional, personable, courteous, and went out of their way to keep me a happy customer. My hats off to Feduke Ford and its team, for a job very well done. I look forward to dealing with them, and will send any business I can to them. Thank you GC-S

The service and staff are excellent. The professional service, that the maintenance department provides for my Fusion, is good enough for my humble service needs. It was very kind of their service writer, whose name I cannot remember, to reset the my-key feature, back to the original admin key for no charge. I would recommend any of my friends that drive Fords, to bring them to Feduke for service.

I have taken my 2003 Focus to 2 or 3 local shops to repair an annoying, obvious and consistent engine miss. I was getting frustrated with the fact that no one could figure out what was wrong. I decided to try the Ford dealership thinking they were more familiar with this engine and maybe had seen this problem before. They charged me their 80 dollar diagnostic fee, couldn't find anything wrong so they just started guessing. They gave it back to me all fixed. Less than a half mile away it started missing again. I don't think they test drove it more than driving it around the parking lot. The Service manager said as much. It is almost like nobody knows how to diagnose a problem anymore, these guys don't. That's for sure. If the computer doesn't tell them what is wrong it is just a big guess. With your money I might add. I will always buy Fords. But never from these guys and they will never work on another car of mine...

Working with the sales person was ok. The Sales manager (Stensen) was horrible, insulting really with lowball trade. I was offered more from three other dealerships on my 2012 trade in (without negotating) and he didn't care and would not budge. This will be the last time I buy from them. Then on top of that they had a "hard" time getting the vehicle I wanted even thought their computer said it was available, so they went and tacked on an extra $100 to aid them because the dealer they were getting it from wouldnt do a dealer trade. Luckaly the incetives I was getting made it worth it college student and cash incentives.
