Your Sales Team is excellent. Starting with and mostly credited to Ryan Shank. His attention to explaining all the details of my new CR-V was outstanding. He took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. His quick action in finding the exact SUV that I wanted at another Honda dealer 130 miles away was highly commendable. In less than 24 hours I was driving out with my new vehicle. Jeff Nock's assistance in explaining my options of payments was clear and to the point. Neither of these gentlemen placed any pressure on me. They made sure I understood all details and options. I really liked the newer sales approach from old-time sales technique of asking me upfront how much I wanted to pay. They outlined my multiple options on paper and then let me decide. Additional praises should go to Aaron Catania who not only explained every form that needed completed for the sale but also was an excellent salesperson in detailing the maintenance agreement options. I purchased the 7 year Driver Plus+ Platinum Contract.

I bought a certified Honda CRV EX-L from Baierl Honda, and had Art Morgan as my salesman. Art was extremely helpful, not only in helping me pick out the right Honda, but also in helping me select the right car that suited my needs. He was really patient with me and took the time to ensure that he understood exactly what my needs and wants were when it came to buying a new car. He made sure that the car I was buying would be a good fit for now and for the near future. All information about the car's functions, features, history report, and warranty options were made very clear to me; so, I felt well informed when I decided to buy the CRV. Overall, I had a great car buying experience, and would highly recommend Art Morgan to anybody looking to buy a car.

We bought a new Honda CRV from Baierl Honda last week. Jim Eisengart was our salesman & he was very good. We would recommend him. However, the sales manager, CP Horn and the finance person, Chris, we weren't as pleased with. The sales manager tried the old "This offer may not be available tomorrow" routine. A good dealership should honor a quote for a day or two to allow customers time to consider the offer before making a decision. The finance manager was so stressed out that he was rude to us. He quoted an interest rate & when we told him that it was higher than the salesman had quoted he became very agitated. His rationale was that the higher interest rate amounted to only a few extra dollars a month & he couldn't understand why we weren't happy with the rate. We would expect the dealership to get the very best financing available for the customer, but it was only after our refusal to accept the finance rate quoted that Chris was able to find a lower rate. (And he was able to get the lower rate within minutes - go figure.) Customer satisfaction should be the dealership's # 1 priority, Chris didn't give us the impression that the customer came first.
