My husband and I went for a test drive about 30 minutes before the close of business. We don't live in the area (50 minutes away) and happened to be out there that day. After a quick test drive and exchange of information, I thought we would reconnect the following day. However, my toddler was with us and slept during the test drive (even after swapping seats to the test drive vehicle). I placed my purse on the floor in front of him and when we returned, my son woke and needed attention. Distracted, I left my purse in the vehicle. We left and headed for dinner. When we got to the restaraunt, I realized it was still in the test drive vehicle. In a panic, we headed back (20 minute drive) and hoped someone would still be at one of the other locations (the used lot was closed and we saw the Sales Consultant leave as we pulled out). Fortunately, a floor manager was still onsite at this location and went back in to the now closed shop to try and retrieve phone numbers for anyone at the other building. He didn't reach anyone. I was devastated as my husband's wallet, my wallet, and all sources of cash, credit, and checking were in the purse; locked in a vehicle at a closed dealership, on a saturday. At this point, I'm in tears because the fuel indicator in my vehicle just lit up and we have no way to make it the 50 minute drive home. The manager took my number and said he'd continue to call associates from the used lot. If he reached anyone, he'd be in touch. My luck, he headed home for the evening and saw an associate's car at a near by business. He stopped in and got the office keys from him and called me immediately. Met us at the used lot and got my purse from the vehicle. I was/am so thankful. The vehicle we drove isn't going to work for our interests but I'm checking their inventory in hopes we can do business on another vehicle simply for the effort this person put forth for a stranger that didn't directly benefit him. Thanks so much.

I just bought a car ,exactly what I was looking for, for $4000.00!less than a Greensburg Subaru dealer!Well not exactly,my purchase,same trim level,had 11,000(13000 less) miles,certified and a knowledgeable salesman(Joe Mesich)My husband couldn't believe it.My credit union was shocked!I will be buying my daughter a car there as well.Don't waste your time,just go there!Idrove 60 miles to save 4000.00!The salesman(actually Sales Manager)respected my gender,understood my goals&after a ttest drive,I was sold.It took 20 minutes to save 4k & GET THE CAR I WANTED!

My husband and I bought a used Chevrolet HHR. Our salesman was Nick Perenyi was very professional and had a great personality. He answered all our questions. And supplied us with the Car Fax and list of all services on the vehicle. The sales manager, Joe Mesich was fair with the price of our trade ins. Joe was so pleasant! We didn't feel pressured by Nick or Joe. I would recommend family and friends to see Nick/Joe for a used vehicle.

I've been searching for just the right used vehicle for well over a month now. I spotted the Nissan as I drove by the lot and stopped to take a look. I liked what I saw on the outside, and the next day I spoke with Jere Scurci to see if we could work out a deal. Jere was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, supplying me with the Car Fax and a list of services performed on the vehicle. We were able to work out a deal that was satisfactory. I never felt pressured to make a deal, and when we said we wanted to pay cash, we were not pressured to finance the vehicle, as we had been at other dealerships. I highly recommend Kenny Ross Buick GMC and Jere Scurci if you are looking for a used vehicle.
