After searching for months online for the "perfect" used Ford Focus, I found one I liked at Montrose Hermitage. I sent an e-mail asking specifically about a Focus they had in stock, and received a "generic" e-mail in response. So, my husband called the store and talked to Kenny on the Nissan side. Kenny located the car and called us back in about a half an hour to let us know it was still there. We went to the store a few hours later, and they had the car pulled out front and ready to test drive. We were greeted as soon as we walked inside the showroom - my husband, myself, and our teenage son. Kenny was busy with other customers, so Emilio got us started on our test drive. The car performed well on the test drive, and we decided we wanted to try and finance it with a trade-in. Having had issues with my credit in the past, applying for financing for a large purchase is very stressful for me. Kenny and the rest of the staff made it a much more enjoyable experience. Any of my questions regarding the performance of the car were addressed, and I know who to contact if I have further questions. I was told I am entitled to a free first oil change, and the warranty coverage on the car was explained to me at least two different times in detail. Even though we were looking at a used non-Nissan, I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as we arrived on the lot all the way until we left with the car. All of the employees treated my husband, my son, and myself as valued customers. We were treated with as much respect and courtesy as the other customers in the showroom making much larger purchases. I never felt like my son was "spoken down to" due to his age, and Kenny and the other staff members actively engaged him in conversation. I never felt like I was being treated like a "stupid woman in a car dealership", which I have had to deal with in the past when buying a car. Besides Kenny and Emilio, I came in contact with at least three other employees involved in the sale of the car, and a fourth salesman who had been helping other customers. All staff members conducted themselves in a professional, friendly manner. While waiting for paperwork to be completed, I was really impressed by how all of the salesmen and other staff members worked together to help each other out with each other's customers and questions about how to fill out forms, and so on. Considering they don't get paid unless they sell a car, it was nice to see them each assisting each other knowing that they weren't getting a financial reward to do so. In short, I got the car that I've been looking for, financed, in a fairly short amount of time. I feel confident that the car will perform as needed and will be reliable for several years to come. The staff is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was a very good car buying experience overall. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have never had such a great experience buying a car, as I did at this dealership! The moment I walked up to the door, Mo, opened the door for me, and made me feel so welcome. From the time I first sat down in the chair, to the moment I drove off in my beautiful Equinox, they made me feel like they TRULY wanted me to be happy with any decision I made. Mo is the GREATEST!! I had been looking for the perfect vehicle for the last 6 months, and I was so tired of pushy salesmen! Mo, actually asked me what I wanted, and seemed to care about MY NEEDS AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!! Thank you Montrose, and thank you Mo for a great experience, and most of all my beautiful Equinox!
