We purchased a 2013 certified GMC Sierra. We found the truck on line. We drove 75 miles to see the truck. We were treated especially courteous. The staff were friendly and treated us some what like we already knew them. Now I realize they're out to sell vehicles, but I was there to buy. I would definitely drive the 75 miles again. We will be in the need of another vehicle in the near future. We plan to shop Montrose. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Herald

Many reviews start with "worst experience ever" but there is simply no other statement for what my father, an 84 year old former Marine and our entire family have endured, for 1.5 years. They lied, confused and pressured my father to get a plain Jane Encore for over theMSRP price, while exacting several thousand dollars when he came to the dealership alone. They promised to conduct negotiations with me on the phone but didn't bother, then threatened him with legal action if he backed out. He told them he didn't want the car and got this answer. They refused to stop the sale a second time when I requested so on his behalf due to his embarrassments about this experience. The encore is ridiculously overpriced, has flaws and service staff couldn't diagnose problems. Unscrupulous and unprofessional practice in every aspect of Montrose...plenty of decent options nearby

I would never, ever buy a car here. This was the stereotypical dealership/car buying experience that is steeped in popular culture. When it came time to negotiate a trade-in price, they offered $1800 below the Nissan dealership in Boardman, Ohio. Also, they tried to tell me that because my car was a "Southern" car, when salt was exposed to it, it would erode faster and they wouldn't be able to get much out of it. My salesman also tried to get me to buy a completely different car than what I had test drove. They were unwilling to budge on the prices and I got a 2014 car at a better price than they were trying to sell a 2013. I knew I wanted a Nissan, but I knew I wouldn't get it here because of the way they talk down to women. Insulting.

I purchased a truck there back in 2008 and my sister was wanting to trade her car in so we decided to go to Montrose to see what they had, well Jerry Mckinney was informed that if we had the right deal he would possibly have 2 sales that day, We test drove 2 cars formy sister and she liked them both but the first one had higher mileage than what she wanted so we opted for the second car and Jerry made us feel like family, then i was kinda eyeing up a chevy silverado that was out on the lot, Jerry pulled it into the service bay and let me look at it in there instead of standing in the cold! I traded my truck i originally bought there on 2011 chevy silverado that only had less than 10,500 miles on it! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!

I was calling around for purchasing a new vehicle and spoke with many different dealerships over the phone and this dealership earned my business over the phone by answering the questions at hand and not trying to give the usual "sales pitch." Once we got to the dealership it was what we expected from our phone conversation. Business as usual and within 1 day we were leaving with a brand new GMC Yukon Denali. I would highly recommend them for your business.
