The beginning of February 2013 I purchased the ML 350, 2003 with just 52,200 miles a great vehicle and look like new (a very constable nice looking vehicle). The courtesy and professionalism of the salesman Mr. Rhinier was excellent with no pressure at all. My experiences with Tanya Adcock was super with the explanation of the extended warranty terms plus the courtesy was indescribable. A week later the alternator die on the vehicle and they repaired the car at no cost to me, "something unheard", in addition every time you take your car for service they watch the car. The facilities is something out of this world, a brand new facilities. Look like a hotel with their own kitchen and always offer you with a drink, coffee etc...the attention/customer service is number one. I feel great every time I goes there. Later on they have to replaces a towing button on the dash because that was the one that was causing all the problems... "free of charge". At the mean time they let me borough one of their 2013 GLK 350 4 matic with just 4,000 miles free of charge, wow... tremendous machine, excellent. Furthermore Mr. Brian Talbot (General Manager) talked to me and gave me a check of $200.00 for my inconveniences and for a rental car fees before I new about a free loan car from them (Mercedes Benz of Lancaster) while my vehicle is on services. I have no more words of how to describe the attention, services, professionalism and dedication of every one. Every time I call or want to talk to the salesman Mr. Dennis Rhinier I have no problem getting in touch with him. Thanks you ladies and gentleman for you dedication and the way you make me feel every time I walk to your facilities. Job well done, CONGRATULATIONS...

"Check Engine" light came on my Merecedes. My car ran just fine when I took it in. Took to the dealer. Diagnosed as needing two spark plugs and four spark plug wires. They wanted $800+. Told them I can not afford it would like to take it some where else. My wife picks up the car and goes several miles and the car "dies" on the side of the road (my wife said as soon as she turned the engine at the dealer, she could tell the engine was not working properly). Mercedes denies they did anything wrong. They told me that the car was old (1999) and had too many miles (134,000). Told them that the age and mileage had nothing to do with the performance of the car when we brought the car and left with it. Towed the car to another refutable place and they diagnosed it totally different. The car runs beautifully. Asked the mechanic if the car was tempered with and he was very hesitant to say yes or no. If you want a refutable mechanic, go east of Lancaster.

This was my first purchase of a Mercedes, and having owned Audis for years, I found myself in unfamiliar waters. My sister and brother-in-law recommended the dealership, having done business with them, and receiving excellent service. I then traded my 2000 Audi A4 1.8T for a black 2007 C280 4Matic, which they had washed, waxed and had waiting for me ON THE SHOWROOM floor, not out on some parking lot (nice touch). The responsiveness of the sales team was spot-on. My calls were returned and questions answered. The price we agreed on was beyond fair, no games or exhausting negotiations. After stating that while I owned Audis in the past and received excellent care from my previous dealer (Vision Auto Group of Reading, PA), they assured me that they would take better care of me and welcomed me to the "Mercedes family", which sounded a bit salesy, but they sincerely mean it. I needed a few minor things taken care of (a piece of trim and an iPod interface installed), and Anj in service was ALWAYS accomodating with getting my car in and scheduling and loaner car, which they deliver and pick up from my house. Mind you....this is for a used car! Some dealerships won't even offer this level of service or care for a NEW car!

All aspects of this dealership are superb! They sell a quality product and back it up with professional and very customer oriented service! I ventured into this MB dealer almost a year ago now interested in first an ML350 and secondly a C230 Kompressor Sport Coupe. I didn't like either car, but the Richard Mast was willing to make an incredible deal on both cars, putting the C230 (a loaner car) on the table for $4,000 off up front.
The entire sales staff here was friendly, the dealership was brand new, and there were plenty of free goodies in the waiting area to munch on. I'd recommend this dealership to any individual interested in a MB.
