Excellent experience from start to finish. Second car we purchased from this dealer and this experience was better than the first. Went to Ciocca not sure which car we needed and the sales team spent a lot of time test driving and explaining each car. We ended up downsizing from our regular SUV’s into the Legacy limited. The whole staff at Ciocca made this purchase stress free and easy. Special thanks to Bob Pavone and Andy Ehret (Andy is new to the team and a great guy). If your looking for a new or used Subaru, don’t buy a car without talking to these guys first.

My wife and I actually had three appointments to purchase two new Subaru Foresters, one for her an one for me. The deciding criteria for making the purchase was how the dealers made us feel during the purchasing process. We did not even test drive the cars when we went to Ciocca. The decision to purchase a Forester was already made, and the numbers ran. We were selecting the dealer. From the minute we walked into the showroom, there was no doubt that we were purchasing from Ciocca. Michael, Sara, Todd, and Shawn made the entire experience worthwhile. They closed on two Foresters that night. Not because of the car or price, but because of how they treated my wife and I. They made us feel valued, and a part of the Ciocca family. That made all the difference. We will return based these three individual's professionalism, and their relationship with my family.. Look forward to seeing all of you again, Rich

Ben happened upon my mother & I as we were walking around the parking lot looking at Crosstreks, and I am extremely grateful that he did. Ben was awesome, he was very informative, worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted, handled my Dad like a pro, made my first car buying experience a ton of fun, & gave me as much free coffee as I wanted. Ben also stayed late the night I picked up my Crosstrek to make sure that I was well versed in its features. Ben didn't treat me like a customer, he treated my like a friend, & I really appreciated that about him. I enjoyed the family aspect & positive environment of Ciocca Subaru. I also enjoyed that the workers respected the business they were working for, you could tell that they genuinely loved their jobs & their company.
