Overall this dealership is very welcoming. When you enter, people say hello in a friendly, no pressure sort of way. They try to get you the help you need right away. We worked with Keith who's calm and relaxed demeanor made our buying experience enjoyable. Even when we forgot some paperwork and tags we were transferring at home, Keith patiently waited. He spent about five hours with us as we finished things up and went over the car's equipment until we unfortunately had to leave. He encouraged us to come back to review anything else about the car that we wanted to become familiar with. He also wanted us to meet the service managers so we would feel comfortable coming back for maintenance in the future. This dealership seems to make customer satisfaction a priority and we are looking forward to a long relationship with them. Interestingly, we went to an event at Mercer Museum and noticed that the event was sponsored by Fred Beans. We are pleased to have purchased our vehicle from a dealership that values it's customers and community.

I purchased a 2015 Forester here today-- the service was great and we got a very fair deal. The salesman cared about making my buying experience as pain-free as possible. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. My parents recommended it to me after they had a great buying experience. They had been to other dealers previously and had the best experience at Fred Beans Subaru in Doylestown.

I'm the kind of buyer who tends to know what I want, so I don't necessarily love the high touch sales approach, but I enjoyed working with Keith. He's got a beautiful family, was accommodating, and stayed late to make sure the transaction worked out well, despite it being something of a slow Saturday leading into a holiday. I also liked working with Anthony. Even though he's the business manager and it's his job to sell additional things like extended warranties and coverages, I thought his approach was very even handed, fair, and low pressure.

Keith was very thorough. He listened to our questions, and responded to them. He let both of us test drive a car. When we got the car he went through all the features, menus, buttons and whistles etc. New cars have a lot of them. He was patient with a ditsy old lady. I am grateful. The new Forester suits me just fine.

we had a excellent experience at Fred Beans in Doylestown. Danny Pavone did a great job in all aspects of the purchase process. my wife walked away with her limited edition blonde mobile. Thanks Danny, Sara, and everyone who aided in the process. It was painless which is a very important thing to me. I also want to thank the finance manager who's name already slips my mind. one more comment.
