Seamless experience. The sales person and finance were awesome. All questions were addressed and although this wasn't our first new car purchase we were impressed with the options they offered. The inventory was easy to navigate and I will return.

I have been getting my oil changed here for over 3 years. I am usually greeted with the standard customer service greeting nothing out of the ordinary or over the top. They do have a nice waiting area with wi-fi, not greatest reception but its doable. My only complaint is that i have had a knocking on the car, and I have take it to the dealership twice and no one has said anything?? I also took my car to another dealership, and used to get the exterior washed at the dealership. I guess my complaints to Nissan HQ's via the survey have now gotten this dealership to offer car wash coupons( you might have to ask for it), in the event that the car is not washed or the washer has gone for the day. Overall, I have had good service there.

Two weeks ago I decided to trade my 2005 Saturn Ion in that I still owed money on the loan. This car just had the ignition recall done. I contacted Cowles Nissan by internet request. I really didn't think that Cowles Nissan would be able to help me but friendly Amber gave me a call and I decided to go in. On a Saturday afternoon I went in and Ariel greeted me and immediately began helping me look for a car. He said he had been there a couple of months. But he did a great job! He showed me several Versas which I was interested in. I am a small car guy lol. Its funny becuase I got excited about the fuel economy of the Versa and I used to be a horsepower guy when I was younger. Ariel really knew well the features of the cars he showed me. I decided on 2015 Nissan Versa S Plus in titanium grey. By the time financing was helping me I found out I had three people helping me with a payment I was comfortable with and they did. They also told me they took some money off the car to help me which was awesome. At the end of the sale Ariel thoroughly showed me all the features on the car and then I drove home. I have been buying cars for 21 years and this was the best experience I have had. I have also been a GM owner all those years but I always wanted a Nissan and thanks to such a great crew at Cowles Nissan they made it happen.

Officially the worst car dealership I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to work with. Received one of their targeted advertisements telling me I'm preapproved, no money down. Get sent to a broken website that swallows my information. I am then contacted by a salesperson who acts like he can't be bothered with me (This is the second time they have contacted ME, not the other way around) and when I ask why i should do business with Cowles, he hangs up. I contact the general manager, who apologizes and puts me in touch with the finance manager, who tells me they can get me approved after I stated I do NOT have a vehicle to trade. He tells me he will put me in touch with the internet sales manager. I contact the ISM today, tell him I'll have a down payment tomorrow, and he tells me to go ahead and come in tonight instead. I make the trip there, and the ISM informs me that there's been a miscommunication, they thought I had a trade, and there's nothing they can do. I told them TWICE I do not have a vehicle to trade before any of this nonsense started. Not once has Cowles stood by their word. they blame me, they blame the bank, they blame anyone and everyone but themselves. Not ONCE have they manned up and done the right thing. I just wanted them to admit THEY screwed up, badly. The managers there are worthless. They have no idea how to defuse a bad situation and just sit on their hands looking sheepish, or hiding and refusing to take your call. Their guaranteed approval is a flat out lie. They ran my credit, and again insisted I had an approval. Then I show up at their request, and instantly, without a trade, their story is "There's nothing we can do. there's no on to talk to". What they mean is there is no way they're going to accept responsibility. Now, I have multiple inquiries on my credit report, no vehicle, and no desire to ever see or deal with Cowles Nissan, or any other Cowles business, ever again. The only apology I received from the manager was "I'm sorry for what you believe happened". That's probably the most insulting apology I have ever received from anyone, ever.
