Just got back after negotiating a deal on a top of the line Genesis. Contacted by web yesterday and received two replies promptly. They have a "buy happy" price which of course is not real unless you qualify for all kind of discounts, plus freight (already in MSRP), plus dealer fee. However, Fred, the Sales Manager impressed me with his willingness to close a deal with aggressive pricing and going beyond any other Hyundai dealers in the area. They might have a new sales team because I have not recognized any of them from the photos on their website. If you are looking for a good price you should start - or actually finish with Brown's Manassas. Just wanted to leave a "thumbs-up" for Fred Shepard.

If possible to give negative stars, I would. The only way this dealership has any stars is either because service department must be good which I never dealt with or that they have asked people they know to review. I witnessed the worst examples of customer service I have ever heard or seen and was not even aware that the stereotypes actually still exist on this level of car dealers. Do yourself a favor and work with any other choice in northern va as there are actually good dealerships who want and deserve your business. This is not one of them.

On January 11th 2014, I purchased a brand new 2013 Hyundai Genesis from Brown's Manassas Hyundai in 8651 Centerville Road, Manassas, VA 20110. On my invoice it was stated that it is a brand new car. Two months after I purchased the car, I had a sensor problem, which I got fixed in Fairfax Hyundai which is very unusual for a brand new car. On 10th April, I heard grinding noise from the rear right tire. I took it to another Hyundai again. Below is the report that they gave me and I was stunned. "Tech found that the rear right strut had snapped from bolt on frame and one bolt missing. They also found green duct tape that was holding the strut to the car. Customer advised vehicle is unsafe to drive. If the vehicle is driven there is a high possibility of the strut falling off which is very dangerous and an accident will result." After this report, for me it is proved that this car might have been in a major accident before I purchased and the issue has been fixed without reporting it. Even the mechanic who showed me the problem with the car was shocked. After I got the report, I took it to Brown's Hyundai Manassas and talked with the Service Manager, he totally ignored me. Other sales associates told me they are unknown with this issue and they cannot do anything further to help me. I was very disappointed with the disloyal behavior from a Hyundai employee. As mechanic said, I could have got into a major accident. My concern is my family. I have a two-year-old niece who travels with me often in the car. I am also concerned they might have been doing this behavior to other consumer as well and putting life in danger.

The worst customer service/careless dealership on planet earth. On March 5,2013 I made the most regrettable decision of my life. I decided to buy a Hyundai car and with decided to buy from Brown Manassas. I will never forget this day for rest of life. My purchase 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited Edition. I been going nightmare since I brought that car from Brown Manassas Hyundai. Since that Brown Manassas Hyundai dear ship caused me emotion stress ruined up my personal and professional life. Not even two weeks after buying this the car roof start leaking I was so mad that they sold me defected vehicle . I set the appointment with them and I took that car back to the dealership. When I went back to dealership the same people who sold me the car completely ignored me the whole time. I asks to speak to the GM and they told GM is not available at this time. I waited about 1 1/2 before GM shows up. I explained about my situation how they told me defected vehicle and they need replace it with new vehicle. He completely refused to accept the responsibility and rather offer me replace roof liner which cased the roof leakages. I believed on him only to betrayed after three weeks wait. They set up my appointment for future date, but neither offer me loner or offer any compensation. They made drive a car which had roof leakages for more than a months. As schedule I setup a time on promise to show up at dealership to face a another nightmare that due to the inclement weather their building roof claps. I understand we don't have control over nature, but as professional organization they have have responsibility to informs their. I show up to find out that my part has been damages under roof and they order a new one which take another 3 weeks. Once again no apology was offer or offer me loner which drive defected car more 2 months. Due the lack of communication and completely careless customer service it. I contacted Hyundai Corporation and explained them about situation . They promise to help by opening up a case and following with dealership. After going back and forth Between Brown Manassas Hyundai and Hyundai Corporation they decided to move me to Fairfax Hyundai which about 30 miles extra drive from house. It took literally 6 months going back and forth between 2 dealership plus Hyundai Corporation fix this issue. Even until today Brown Manassas Hyundai yet to accept the responsibility or offer me any compensation. But I was in for surprise sooner after this issue got this glovebox paint start coming off and Moonroof start leaking. It took another 2 months to fix this issues. As I was about relax my 2013 Hyundai Sonata which I brought less 4 months from Brown Manassas Hyundai brand new tires which has less 8000 miles start making noise. I had 10 warranty from Hyundai on tires but when I took back to Brown Manassas Hyundai they refused to help and rather told warranty is for normal ware and tear. I show the paper which they gave at time of purchase but nothing happen. I went back to Dealership over and over again. Even as of today I'm still waiting for help. I brought a this car to give a new brand plus the dealership chance. But they ruined up my personal and Professional by selling me a defected vehicle. The vehicle which they sold me should have been tested before selling to the customer. Since than Brown a Manassas Hyundai caused me drive 2013 Hyundai Sonata with following Roof liner leakage , Glovebox Paint, Moonroof leakage and useless tires. Plus several days off from professional work. As of today March10, 2014 I'm still waiting for help neither Brown Manassas Hyundai or Hyundai offer me anything to make up for their mistakes. If anyone reading this please avoid this plague by buying car from this dealership and saving yourself and love once from the nightmares.

Brown's Hyundai did an excellent job with my trade of the my 2012 Audi A6 3.0T for my new leased 2014 Genesis. Isamar did a great job without ANY pressure. Be open and verbal about what you want in terms of cost, car and options and they will make the process enjoyable. I have bought several cars in the past few years and this was a painless affair. They worked with me on my trade value and did not play games. Fred and Shaq did a great job as well ensuring I felt at home and that we all were getting a positive deal. Selling an Audi is not an easy feat. If you are reading this then you owe it to yourself to visit the staff. You can buy a car anywhere but you can't buy honesty that these folks imbue. Thank you to Isamar for getting me into a great car and one which will carry our "soon-to-be" daughter safely. Much appreciated. Respectfully, A loyal Brown's Hyundai customer for Life!
