Buying at this dealership was the most positive experience we've had when buying a new car. Russell Delph was very friendly and informative and willing to work with us to make a deal with us QUICKLY both with our trade-in and with the price of the new car (2105 Forrester 2.5i Touring). Russell has received recent positive reviews from other customers and they are all well warranted. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, from the Finance Director, Patrick Gulley to the service staff. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Brown's Manassas Subaru and are excited to continue our driving experience with our new Forrester.

I visited Brown's this past Sunday after receiving a guaranteed savings certificate through Consumer Reports. Brown's was over $1,700 LESS than the dealership down the road from home. I showed the pricing that dealership, and the salesman actually remarked that I should buy it and bring it by, and he would buy it from me, as the price was below dealer invoice. Since I do not play games and only give dealers one shot, I went to Brown, which had the best price from the three provided by consumer reports. My salesman, Russel Delph, was outstanding! My daughter even commented how the salesman at this dealership was so much nicer than the others we had visited. Even though I leased the vehicle, I still got straightforward pricing that was in line with the advertised lease deals (using a promotional money value and an extremely generous 65% residual for a 36 month 12,000 mile lease), and the lease was based upon the below invoice price I had been quoted.

From Patrick Hall “General Manager” and Bobby Chanmany “Sales Person” to Lance in financing everyone went out of their way to make this the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m not an easy customer and went into the dealership late on Tuesday knowing what vehicle I wanted. I was able to test-drive both the 4 and 6 cylinder Outback. They did not have the exact vehicle (engine, color, style and options) on the lot that I wanted and instead of pressuring me to buy from their stock Patrick assured me they could find it. The following day I received emails and phone calls keeping me informed on their search for “my Outback” around 4:00 pm I got the call that they had located the vehicle and had already sent someone to pick it up. They really went out of their way for me and I left knowing I not only got a great vehicle but I got the vehicle I wanted at the best price possible. I would highly recommend Browns Subaru of Manassas!

I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback from Brown's Subaru of Manassas, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Every person involved deserves my thanks and appreciation for going above and beyond! Russell Delph was the salesman who showed me the cars I was interested in. He was very knowable about the Subaru products. He did not try to "push" one over the other and did not use any high pressure sales pitch. I had done a lot of research on the car I wanted and knew what a "good" price was. When I made the offer, got involved and after a pleasant conversation agreed with the price. None of the back and forth I have experienced at other dealers where I bought cars. I had an appointment soon after I bought the car and the processing and delivery was expedited so that I could make my appointment.

Patrick and Babu were exceptional. They took great care of me throughout the purchase of my 2014 Wrx. I initially wanted a used car and Patrick went above and beyond to get the numbers where I wanted them, however I ultimately decided to go new. Babu and Patrick made the transition smooth and quick. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
