I am a proud New Jersyan and tried to give my business to local dealerships. After visiting four different places in the area and receiving unsatisfactory service/offers I decided to contact Safford via telephone and e-mail to begin negotiations. After a couple of days we agreed upon a deal, I received it in writing and I made the trip down. Unlike my previous experiences with local dealerships not only was I getting a great price on my vehicle, the best part is there were ZERO hidden fees. Everything with them was transparent, honest, and respectful. Once I got there I was in and out in less than two hours and was treated like family while interacting with the two salesmen I spoke to and the finance manager. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a Jeep to make their purchase from here, it'll save a lot of time, money, and headache. Dwight, Sam, John: keep up the good, honest work. I'm recommending you guys to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We visited Safford of Warrenton and purchased a truck we found online. We talked with Dwight who was our initial contact. He was very pleasant and helpful. Our salesman was Sam Mingle. Sam was knowledgeable and went the extra mile and delivered the vehicle to us the next day John Stapleton in finance was through and explained the process and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with our deal and would recommend Safford of Warrenton to anyone who has a need to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Who Helped Me:I am not even sure of the salesman name. I don't believe it is listed here and he didn't give us a card.
My husband and I were so excited to go shopping. We had previously purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership (not the best experiences, but close to home). This time we had the Internet price and went to the lot. They didn't have the car on THAT lot and that wasn't even the vaildia price for US. Why? Because it is based on ALL rebates which almost nobody would qualify for ALL. Active military, graduated within one year of college or grad school, having a trade in, loyalty discounts, etc. When asking the price we were informed that management could explain it to us inside for a vehicle that we couldn't even see since it wasn't even there. I can understand, I understand it seems like bait and switch. I teach marketing classes and I get it, but the whole process seemed unethical. We drove and extra 20 miles and got a great deal at Chrysler of Culpeper for our 2015 Dodge.

As a first time buyer I came into the lot not quite set on a particular car. I found a Dodge Dart 2015 that I loved and had to have. They were helpful throughout the whole process and were very patient as I decided if I was gonna buy this car or not. I eventually decided on it, and they gave me a great price on a brand new car. They even got me a better loan from a bank then the quotes I got from any bank I called myself. Would definitely use this dealer again.

Awesome experience! We went to several other dealerships doing some shopping, however, Safford was the most accomodating! I can't say enought about our salesman, Bill Hildebrandt. He was very knowledgable and made the purchase painless! Tony Nardelli was great also! And although the finanace part was long and drawn out (as usual), John Stapleton was a pleasure to deal with as well. Overall, I will recommend the dealership and return for any future purchases.
