I bought my CRV from Ifiok in 2011. He was extremely helpful and friendly, showing me all the features of the car and reviewing them before I drove away. I was in a rental from Hyattsville and Ifiok drove there with me to drop off the rental - way beyond the call of duty, in my opinion. When I'm there for service, he always says hello if he passes by, and still calls or texts to wish me a happy birthday each year! This is a salesman who really takes his position and relationship with his customers seriously. I will definitely buy my next Honda from him (if he's still there when I need a new one, which I imagine will be some years from now)! P.S. Good service department, too!

Took my 2007 Honda accord in for service. Engine light was on. Told cost would be over $2000.00. Have always kept up with maintenance. Told them to fix was couldn't wait. Total was $683.00. While waiting for car to get fixed salesman Billy Ray Robinson came in service area and starting talking to me and another customer. Both of us stated brought cars for Honda of Bowie in 2007 and had bad experiences. They told me they was giving me some package for free and was changed for it. They didn't make good on it. Was told by Billy Ray that they were under new management and if would just talk to him he would make sure this would be a good experience. Went through process decided to give them another chance. Was told to pay for fixing my car and the money would be given back to me or applied toward new car. Decided to put toward new car. Found out it wasn't on my paper work. Spoke to Mr.Smalls who claim remember the deal. Would echeck paper work. Finally told me just needed to confirm deal with Billy Ray. Then was told my check would be ready on Monday. I stop in on Thursday. Was told check would ready on monday on that Saturday. Due to weather didn't go on Monday. Tuesday Mr. Smalls called and told he had to look over the deal. I assumed he already did. Now he states my money was included in the 3000.00 he reduced the car by. Which isn't on my paperwork. I wasn't given a copy of that paperwork which he state I signed. Which wasn't true everything I signed the financial person gave me. But that one sheet.. Really and you didn't see that would you look at the deal when I first came and spoke to him. He told me then he was going to check the deal and when he returned from checking the deal he advised he just needed to confirm the conversation,and the information about what was discussed with the salesman. He is also the one that worked the deal with Billy Ray when I purchase the car. Came back with check will be ready on Monday Now wants me to believe my money is hidden within some $3000 that isn't on my paper. They never applied my money. Will never purchase another car. Buyers beware. If you are looking for a honest and fair dealership. Honda of Bowie isn't the one. Also while getting tags put on the tech laid tags on truck and scratched truck. Also you are the one that has to keep calling to get issues resolved.

1) I went in to Honda of Bowie for service today and was not even greeted by 1 of the 4 employees in the garage area so I figured it was best to go inside and get a manager since I was irate about the continued service problems of my car anyway. 2) How does HoB claim they are #1? What exactly are they #1 of!?!? I hate to see #2 or #3. Maybe they are 1 of 1. 3) The other day I dropped it off for service and requested the car wash since it was included in my original purchase. At first glance the wash looked great, but then when I went to put something in the trunk I noticed the back was dirty and smudged! 4) Do not fall for their lifetime car washes and shuttle service. The shuttles only go about 10 miles away so if you live north of Crofton, you need to find your own ride. 5) On a separate day for more service (yep, you guessed it - I bought a brand new car from them with problems from the get-go!), the service guy who greeted me said if they repaired my car the problem would persist anyway. Can you believe it? And he said there were no loaner vehicles available and there was no telling when there would be. AND he said there was just no way to guarantee me a ride so he basically said they couldn't help so I drove off, but went inside the main area. After speaking with 2 separate people, I was finally told that they could provide me an Enterprise rental at no cost and they weren't sure why I was told otherwise! 6) During that same visit, the GM practically ignored my ongoing issue and even had me test driving a brand new car rather than repairing my problem! I almost fell for that mess until I demanded my car needed to be fixed. 7) After the most recent service, I received a phone call just making sure that my experience was excellent. I think I threw her off because I said it was horrible. She said a manager would be calling me within a day or two. A month later and I'm still waiting on that phone call. 8) I gave them a really bad review when this all started and requested to be contacted. I haven't heard a thing yet. 9) Don't bother with Honda of Bowie. Ever.

As a car dealer we welcome all criticism of our sales, service and parts department. As I received this complaint I immediately went into talk to our service director. Our service was packed with 40-50 people in our waiting room. This particular customer was sitting in our waiting room posting this review. Waiting for her car to be completed she wanted free service under the guise of writing a bad review as lets just say it went "if you don't, I'll"…… No one or no business should be moved to make decisions with threats. We will not succumb to that unfair tactic. We give “good will services” to many of our customers that may be in need or service with us for various reasons. Honda of Bowie has the unique position of employing 8 master technicians Most dealers have between1-3. Our commitment to service excellence is stamped in that statement alone. If you are in the market for a Honda automobile you owe it to yourself to see Jessica Heureaux and her team members at Honda of Bowie. Last weekend we purchased a Honda CRV from Jessica (our 3rd pre owned certified from Honda of Bowie) and last evening my daughter and son in law purchased a Honda Pilot from her. We all found Jessica a pleasure to work with, she was very knowledgeable about the Honda product line, she patiently answered ALL of our (MANY) questions, worked with us on our trade in, helped us explore options to find the right vehicle to fit our needs (we considered new and certified) and most importantly our budget. With the family purchasing four vehicles from Honda of Bowie we've found a good selection to chose from, their pricing competitive, and a friendly atmosphere. The "Care for Life" package and the folks in the service department will take good care of your Honda maintenance needs. Working with Jessica on two vehicles in the past week was truly a pleasure. She provided us with all the information about the choices we had and allowed us to make the decision that best fit our needs. If you are looking for a Honda go see Jessica at Honda of Bowie.

I had three TrueCar prices on a 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L. Bowie was not as low as Rosenthal in VA. however Rosenthal did not offer free oil changes, diagnostics, car washes, or shuttle service for the life of the car. I asked if they could beat Rosenthal's price and to get back to me. The next day Bowie offered me a lower price than Rosenthal and included free oil changes, diagnostics, car washes, or shuttle service for the life of the car. Qualified for 1.9% financing too. Bought the car that night. No pressure and very accommodating.
