Everyone I encountered at Fred's was so welcoming and kind. Logan had great communication by phone and text at every point in my shopping transaction. He went out of his way to be sure I had peace of mind with every part of my car-buying experience. I didn't end up purchasing the car from Fred's (funny twist of events with my husband's coworker wanting to downsize), but they were just as kind and caring after I broke the news. I will for sure recommend ALL of my friends to shop at Fred's. I love Fred's and wish I were a part of their family!

My salesman was Tony and he was awesome to work with. He was available all hours of the day and always responsive to calls, e-mails or texts. He worked hard to ensure I got in the vehicle my wife and I wanted. We purchased a 2011 Range Rover with Luxury Package. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the options and answered every question we had. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at any time during the process which I really appreciated. My wife and I looked at over 7 vehicles before deciding on the Range Rover and besides the quality of the vehicle, the customer service was the deciding factor. We worked with David Sellers as the Finance Manger and he was fair with the price, gave us top dollar for our trade in and worked to ensure our experience was pleasant. We will definitely visit this dealership again if we decide to purchase another Vehicle and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in customer service and quality.

I called Fred's Executive Auto, and ultimately had to speak or deal with 5 people including the owner. I asked all the appropriate questions over the phone about the vehicle that I was interested in buying. This included multiple inquiries about an up to date Carfax. I had asked many questions because my round trip drive was 360 miles. Because I had an uneasy feeling with all the personnel I had planned on taking the car to a Mercedes Benz dealer before I purchased it, so after I looked and drove the car I took it to the dealer. I waited 3 hours for a Pre-Purchase Inspection to be conducted that cost $270, and the car received a clean bill of health. When I returned to Fred's I had requested to look at the title and the updated Carfax ,however they gave me some lame excuses , so while I was down there late in the day after the dealer inspection, and my return to Fred's I pulled up the Carfax. Coincidentally sometime during that day the report had been update, it had been reported with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, which they knew all along. Needless to say, I walked out without the car, now to add insult to injury they evidently were able to obtain the Mercedes Benz Inspection report that I paid for under my name as the customer from the dealer ( which they have no right to the report) , and they are using it on the web posting for the vehicle to market the car. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Mr. Forcina, I appreciate you taking the time to write this review. It will be appreciated even more if you took the time to write a more accurate depiction of that event that occurred instead of coloring a false picture. In case your memory does not serve you well, let me kindly remind you of the events that actually occurred when you came to visit. First of all, it is the dealership policy to present to our customers the option to take the car they intend to purchase for an outside inspection at a mechanic of their choice. This is an option that we offer to all our customers and not just an option that we presented to you. So please, don't be misled suggesting that "you" planned on taking the car a Mercedes Benz dealer. Don't forget, WE suggested that option to you, and then you chose to take it in for an inspection. Additionally, it was also your choice to take the car to a mechanic of your choice and you agreed to incur any costs associated with it. Therefore, please do not falsely allege that the dealership took your $270.00. If you can recall the $270 was the fee that you paid DIRECTLY to the Mercedes Benz dealership for the inspection. Our dealership had nothing to do with that fee and no portion of that fee went to our dealership in any way. Furthermore, I would also like to point out that if you can again recall I personally disclosed to you in person that there is an announcement for the car which indicated that the front of the car was damaged and thus the price of the car was $10,000.00 less. Second, if you can recall correctly, the car already had a PSI inspection completed and it came out clean. Further, the inspection that you, yourself had completed at the Mercedes dealership came out clean too. At the time when you came to the dealership we had a Carfax on hand and showed it to you. The Carfax was clean. I, personally, informed you that we did not have the updated Carfax on hand and some things might be different on the updated Carfax once we receive it. Neither I, nor any of my employees had any idea what the updated car fax would contain. We told you the same thing we tell all of our customers when we don't have an updated Carfax immediately available. We, never in any way, indicated to you that we were keeping anything from you. Also, just to clarify, after we received the updated Carfax, we properly put a disclaimer on the website of all of our advertisers which advertised this vehicle. The disclaimer specifically stated "Caution- Carfax". Mr. Forcina, if you are going to put up a review and try to tarnish the reputation of a business, please make sure you are at least completely honest in your depiction of the facts. We take great offense to your baseless allegations. With that said, I will conclude by kindly suggesting that you please let your conscious be your guide. All we request is that you please present an accurate depiction of your experience here at Fred’s Executive Auto and not taint a false picture for others. We take pride in the business we do, and the service that we provide to our customers.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience purchasing a used Lexus. I can honestly it was the best car buying experience I ever had. From the moment I called Lia was very patient, honest and worked extensively with me to get everything completed to get me into a great car. The finance person David was very friendly and easy to work with; I would recommend him to everyone! Deen made the paperwork whole process very simple and stress-free. The manager, Ksim, checked in with me several times to ensure I had 100% satisfaction. From step one to driving off the lot…the whole team really works together like family, including the lot attendants. I work in marketing and understand the sales environment and I am VERY particular when it comes to making purchases and getting the best deal. I can genuinely say I do not have one single complaint about any part of my experience, thank you Lia and Deen! I would recommend to my family, friends and anyone without hesitation to purchase from Fred’s Executive. I have never written a recommendation for any purchase but I really feel compelled to because of the high level of customer service I received.
