The sales person at Malloy Hyundai was first rate from the time we arrived on the lot until the time we left the lot with our 2015 Santa Fe Sport. Our sales person Reggie Burris allowed time and space and provided us with all the answers and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. If we plan to buy another car Reggie would be the one sales person we would be looking for. Service outstanding!

After 3 trips to dealership and I got rejected I told them I would go elsewhere to get a car. One guy laughed and said who would give you a car and I reaponded that someone will and I left. As soon as I left I went to a different dealership and in less than an hour I test drove a car and got approved. The dealership texted me and asked me to come back I told them no I got a car I'm about to sign and they begged me to come back. Malloy was offering a new car so I dropped the deal and went back. On 3/31/15 Josue called and said the loan was not approved and I need to return the car and my down payment would get reimbursed ($1,000). I was upset of course! Josue after work came and picked up the car from my house. I received a document stating I would get my money back and not get charged for any mileage only damages. I agreed because there were no damages. Then next day on 4/1 Jose told me that Scott his GM told him not to give me my money with no reason given and left for the day. I called back on 4/2 and spoke with Scott and he was completely rude! Told me he didn't care wat documents I had or what Josue told him the bottom line was I was not going to get my full down payment back! How can a dealership do this? They let me drive off with the car thinking it was mine and 6 weeks later come a take it because they made a mistake! When I signed the documents i asked Josue to go over with me all the paperwork he described a form that said if bank denies loan I am to return the car. I was shocked and asked him about it and he said I didn't have to worry about that because I had already been approved! In Good Faith and on his word I signed it! Their acronim is MALLOY the second L stated "Listen to our customers, appreciate their needs and deliver on our word" well their word doesn't mean anything because of all the lies they have told me and not to mention their extreme lack of professionalism! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!
