I purchased a GX460 from Thai back in 2011. I have always bothered him throughout the years with questions about the pricing of cars and lease deals even though I wasn't ready to buy and he was always very fast at getting me the prices. When I was finally ready to lease a new car we discussed over the phone and he gave me the pricing information over the phone without me having to go to the dealer to deal with it there. I have an experience as I was looking at different brands and another Lexus dealer and they both had me going down there and not giving me the exact numbers and were very wishy washy with the number with estimates. I am an accountant so I know numbers and it drives me crazy with dealing with dealers that won't talk exact numbers. Thai gave me the exact number I was looking for without any negotiation and it was way better than the other dealers numbers. I also know a lot about leasing and his numbers were right on with all of the incentives included and didn't try to hide them like the other dealers even though I knew them before going in. I was in and out with my new car in 1-1/2 hours, it was simple and quick. I can't say enough about this dealership and especially Thai.

Todd Banks was so wonderful, he explain everything that I needed to know about the Lexus I wanted to purchase, his entire team was wonderful they all took the time to go over everything with me and my husband. This was a great experience with Lexus. I would recommend everyone if they want a nice and beautiful car that would last them for ever go and purchase a Lexus with Todd Banks.

I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle. Steven Rhee was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, prompt, flexible, and most of all honest. There was no high pressure sales tactic to try and swindle you into making a hasty decision. Even his relaxed manner of speech made me feel truly at ease. He cared to put you in the right vehicle for your situation. One thing that I cannot stand about the car buying experience is playing the numbers game and getting lied to about profitability. Now more than ever this industry is so transparent that with a bit of online and market research one can come to a rather good understanding of a dealer's margins on a particular vehicle. We both knew where we stood on the price with the car and within 1 return phone conversation, agreed upon the purchase price.
