Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome from the time we entered your dealership until we left. We weren't pressured into buying any Sienna that we didn't want too. We were given ample time to make our selection. We were also permitted to look at other vans with different options as well. Mike & Gary were wonderfully kind & patient sales managers. Gary even took the time to see if my old phone contacts would transfer into our new van. He was very kind & patient about this giving the amount of time he had already given. When speaking to Darrin, the finance manager, he was equally kind & generous with his time. He was friendly & showed a lot of patience with us too. We felt like we had known him for years instead of hours. The same goes for Gary & Mike. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Alexandria Toyota. Keep up your excellent service. Thank you!! This dealership pulled the classic "Bait and Switch" technique when selling a car. I used my bank's car buying service, which sent me to Alexandria Toyota with a fixed price for the car I wanted. The salesman "threw in the floor mats" as soon as we sat down to do the paperwork. Then when we negotiated for my trade-in, he reminded me he was giving me those $225 floor mats which is why they couldn't offer me any more for my trade in. Finally, when I thought we were going to finalize the paperwork for my new car, the salesman told me that his manager needed to get something for those floor mats since they weren't included with the price of the car. So after the salesman gave me the floor mats twice and after I informed him that I didn't even want the floor mats, I was informed that I could not buy this car without taking the floor mats and paying for them. I told the salesman to tell his manager that they just lost a deal over floor mats. Bottom Line: They gave me the floor mats twice that day and then wanted me to pay for them and then wouldn't even let me buy the car without them. So I promptly walked out and purchased a car at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda, which took 1 hour 20 minutes since they don't screw around over there. Oh and they threw in the floor mats this time for real :-)

Mr. Henok Belay took my call on Saturday, April 18, 2015 and i will never forget this day and i was frighten not sure what to expect on my first new vehicle so i said i will come down to meet you in 30 minutes. I came to Mr. Belay still a little nervous and i said, hello, and i am looking for a new RAV4 in Red and Black plus I do not want a car note. He looked at me and said, okay. He went in the back where they keep there inventory and i just took a seat and when he drove up front with this Red and Black RAV4 I could have pass out. She was beautiful and the price was affordable. He took me out on a road test and she was smooth sailing. Everyone in the area was pleased and happy for me. I stay in the building less than 3 hours. They offer discounts, coffee and quick service. Yes, I do love Jack Taylor's Alexandria Toyota and family very much and I will continue to stay forevermore. Excellent service everyone, you have made by day a happy one.
