I worked with Pete a service manager. Took my car in to get an 80k and get the front driver side strut examined. I was told the sway bar needed replaced and that when they drove it on the road my car hit a bump and made a "horrible noise." my car has never done this. After telling him that my brother in law is a mechanic and has already looked at my car and showed me that the sway bar is fine and that the strut needed replaced, his tune changed and they replaced the strut. Over the course of the three day repair time not once did he call me like he said. He said he did but I've taken 2 mustangs to Malloy Ford since 2011, and my cell number hasnt changed. I had to call multiple times to check on my car and when I asked for an estimated completion time one was'nt given. also I noticed this is the only time I was'nt given a satisfaction card to review my experience. My experience is usually good but this time was horrible due to manipulation and profit games. i would not recommend this place.

I purchased a used truck from Mallory Ford a few years back and decided I would go back for my next purchase. I just purchased a new 2015 Fiesta and the experience was wonderful. I got a GREAT deal and will go back for my next purchase once again. Also, there service department is top rate. They have been servicing my daughter's Focus which I purchased from a different dealer. Mallory Ford has yet to let me down.

I have had my 2014 Ford Edge for 3 months which still had factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. I took my car in and was told by Richard in the service department when I made the appointment that it was warranty work. The front sensor was not working. Richard called to say there was a $300 charge as the front sensor was misaligned (it was like that when I purchased the car) and not damaged so he charged me. Why did they not call before performing such expensive work? I would never have authorized it as the dealer where I purchased the car says it should have been done free! I am EXTREMELY upset and will not use this dealership for anything again!
