Tony was very courteous and friendly from the moment he greeted my wife and I on the car lot. We were very impressed with his thorough knowledge of the vehicles we looked at. I appreciated the fact that he was not a high-pressure salesman. He gave us plenty of time to consider our options, answering questions along the way. Ultimately when we decided to buy the vehicle, Tony met us at the dealership on his day off, and led us through the easiest sales process I've experienced. The delivery process was very informative and helpful, including setting up the bluetooth connection to my phone and downloading my contacts into the vehicle's phone book. I would highly recommend Tony Riccio and this Charles Barker dealership for purchasing your next vehicle.

This is actually my second Lexus bought at this dealership (new GX470 in 2004).One strong reason is the superb treatment I have received in the CB Service Department. Sean Yancey could not be more helpful or friendly.Over nine years four mishaps have occured by service technicians.In all four cases ,the mishaps were owned up to ,apologetically corrected,and compensated generously for in future service appointments.Sean always makes me feel as though I am his most important customer. Frank Beckman is extremely knowledgeable,not only in the Lexus products,but in finances,people,and what is going on in the world.He is very friendly and made the buying experience very enjoyable.He has followed up on four or five occasions to ensure our satisfaction with our new ES 350. Patrick Antar is a Vehicle Delivery Specialist,a very nice touch by Lexus.Patrick's personality takes the job to a higher level.It is clear from the start that he loves his job and takes the time to listen to his customers.He is patient and thorough with his explanations and tips.He truely wants each customer to fully enjoy the vehicle he or she has purchased.He is more than willing to schedule additional appointments as needed to understand or comprehend the new technologies of the vehicle. Overall Lexus is an expensive product and an expensive service,but it is first class and trustworthy.You do not find that unfortinately in many places these days and for this and the highly personable professionals mentioned above,I highly recommend the Charles Barker Lexus Dealership. Note:I have never been to the Newport News Dealership. I believe this form was sent in error. I purchased my 2013 ES350 at the Virginia Beach Charles Barker Dealership.I also purchased my 2004 GX470 at the Virginia Beach Dealership and have serviced the same for the past nine years there.I hope this review can be forwarded to and applied to the proper dealership.

On 3/29/2013, My wife and I just purchased our first Lexus, specifically a 2013 ES 350, from Charles Barker Lexus. From our initial contact with the dealership, Sales Consultant Virgil Thornton and General Manager Micheal Komives, exhibited the highest standards of professionalism as well as being personable. Mr. Thornton and Mr. Komives spend a great of time with us to ensure we were well informed of all Lexus products available. Mr. Thornton and Mr. Komives were extremely knowledge of all the Lexus vehicles and assisted us in finding the right vehicle to fit our needs. There was never "pressure" to sway our thoughts towards more expensive vehicles or options, in fact, during our several visits to the dealership, both Mr. Thornton and Mr. Komives, discussed the "pros and cons" of different vehicle options, packages and helped us to make the right decision based upon our desires. Although I have specifically focused on two of the main Lexus professionals that we dealt the most time with, all of the Charles Barker Lexus employees that we dealt with to include Mr. Gus Pirovolos, Financial Service Manager and Mr. Patrick "Frenchie" Ardor, were outstanding. We are thankful for the highest level of customer service treatment we received from Charles Barker Lexus and we will truly keep in contact with our new friends and look forward to a long term relationship with this dealership for years to come. I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect. I am the type of person , I not only look for a good deal, but I also have to feel comfortable with the person which whom I am purchasing my vehicle from, making sure they have a good spirit/personality/honesty about them. All I knew, was the vehicle I was intrested in, and what price range I wanted to stay in. Immediately when I walked in I was met at the door by my salesman Virgil Thornton. He already had the vehicle I was intrested in ready for a test drive since I contacted him a few days prior to make an appointment. As we drove around, he was very knowledgable, but as he was going through the features he allowed us to enjoy the test drive at the same time. We told them what we were trying to do, and he went to work for us. Finding the exact vehicle even though it wasn't on the lot, and making sure it was at the lot in a timely manner. Once we purchased the vehicle, at a great deal. Patrick the technical specialist ENSURED that I can utilize all the features my vehicle had to offer. He was though and took his time explaining when I would want to use the features and what was a good time to not use the features. This was a GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE and because of the patience, hard work,thourghness and welcoming feel Lexus has a customer for life. Oh by the way, I bought a LEXUS LX570!

This was the third lexus I leased from Charles Barker. The reason for this is that the product is excellent and the service has always been of the highest quality. The service I refer to is from the time I walk in to lease a car to the service I receive when I bring the car in for regular maintence.It is second to none.
