I have been extremely pleased with my Mazda6 so far and I feel that I got the best product I could for my my price. Jessica's customer service is exceptional and working with her has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in any industry. She was extremely friendly, not at all pushy, and incredibly patient and knowledgeable in explaining everything to me. She used to the facts and the information to convince me to finance with Mazda and going through all of the paperwork with her was as easy and lighthearted as imaginable.

JOSH IS THE GREATEST SALES PERSON. I originally went in to trade my 2011 Mazda 3 in for a new Mazda 3 or 6. Other dealerships just pressured me and my wife into trying to buy from them and made us feel uncomfortable. After arriving at Hyman we were quickly greeted by someone and directed towards Josh. He was very polite and very energetic and motivated, he showed us a few Mazda 3s and I noticed a nice little Speed 3 sitting in the corner and we were sold. His manager Huddy was also a blast to work with when coming to an agreement. And I have to also give thanks to Jessica for making the experience easier by just talking with us and keeping us laughing. The only thing I didn't like is the no haggle price policy, but the sticker prices were still very fair. Over all Hyman Mazda is the best Mazda dealership in the Hampton roads area, and if you don't find what you like on the Hampton lot, they have several other lots and can have something delivered in no time at all. Also if your looking for any Mazdaspeeds they are the ones to find one for you.

After purchasing a brand new 2015 lemon here the dealership had good points in regards to helping me with my purchase and also contacting outside help in an effort to get me back in a car. D.L. Thomas especially is an exceptional employee and one I will miss working with. On the downside, the Service Department did not believe my original problem report and that took a bit of coaxing to finally get addressed. Also, after a month of no car and no repair and finally getting an entirely new substitution vehicle (which after 5 days of owning is also showing the same defects), no compensation was offered on their part or Mazdas for the inconvenience of everything. Instead of being understanding and compassionate the dealership took offense at my desire for retribution as offered originally by Mazda. I had even put buying a MAZDA3 from them on the table in the assumption that I could use compensation from my misfortune towards another vehicle for my family (basically having them still make money off of my situation). The offer they gave me was 2 grand over a comparable/identical car at another Mazda dealership. When told that the offer and suggested compensation for me were insulting, the GM's response was "We are a One-Price dealer and have been for the last 24 years. That is a policy that will not change for one person or one vehicle. If 2013 Mazda3 does not present a good value to you, you are not obligated to purchase it. " (Direct from email correspondence) I have spoken with Mazda and other Mazda dealerships in the area, and based on that I strongly suggest you browse elsewhere. While Hyman Bros. is very friendly and helpful when wanting to make a sale, I did not come out of this experience feeling like the dealership ever had my best interest in mind. I will continue to post where I can and contact the BBB, Attorney General, and any other public figure who can help with this matter.

Our team at Hyman Bros. Mazda did absolutely everything in our power effectively and efficiently address all customer concerns. Due to 3rd party production limitations in Japan for an electronic part that had failed this customers vehicle - until said part arrived the vehicle was inoperable. In attempt to rectify the situation we advocated on behalf of this customer with Mazda North America to replace this customers vehicle with a Brand New identical one - all while the customer was in a loaner vehicle. After going above and beyond to assist in any way possible the customer resulted to nothing short of extortion to get a second vehicle out of the deal - threatening that if we did not significantly discount a completely unrelated vehicle for a completely unrelated transaction for her spouse to purchase, they would post negative reviews on review sites and social media outlets. Should customers past, present, or future have any additional questions or concerns regarding how we address our customers concerns before and after the sale please do not hesitate to call, email, or stop by. We'll be happy to help in any way that we can.

I was looking for a specific color/trim Mazda6. There are 3 Mazda dealers closer to where I live. All three dealerships gave me the run-around. The sales reps tried to get me to come into the dealership and "talk to their managers" even though none of them could promise they could find the care that I wanted. The first time I contacted Hyman Mazda I was put in touch with Thomas. He not only went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I wanted, but he got me a better price than the 3 other dealerships. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and professional. Buying a car from Hyman Mazda was well worth the extra drive.
