During my recent visit to Crown Nissan for service on my car, I was met with an unprofessional staff member while I was waiting on my car. This staff member approaches me as he later stated, to see if I was interested in upgrading my vehicle........I'm in the service area not in the sales area........I'm waiting on another staff member to come back and talk to me about the status of the service on my car and this other staff member proceeds to want to know in a flirtatious way if I was interested in upgrading my vehicle.......If I want to upgrade my vehicle I would enter the sales area not the service area. The timing for this "offer" was completely wrong and the behavior of the staff member was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm here for business and nothing else. I'm here to get a job done on my car and nothing else. When its time to pay for the service done on my car, the staff member states, "I apologize for you having to walk to your car in the rain, but I don't have anyone to drive it up." Its pouring rain, and Crown Nissan doesn't have anyone that can drive the customer's cars up so they won't get wet........but they do have staff that are available to approach customers and offer them a car upgrade in the service department..........unprofessional and no customer service. I will definitely not be returning.

This has been the worst experience I've had in my life. I was showed one car, which I test drove, but it didn't have the things I wanted, so we started to discuss a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5S. We NEVER went back to discuss about the base model they showed me. They told me i was purchasing the 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5S, but at the end of a 8 hour long negotiation ended up writing and selling the base model to me. I was paying for the 2.5S, but now I have a car worth a lot less. When I went to tell them they said they would fix it, but they ran around in circles for a week, so their title person can get my title done in a week and half. When have you ever heard a title be done that quick it normally takes about 25 to 30 days. Now they're say their hands are tied and they can't do anything. I would have to trade the car in, which leaves me about $8,000+ upside down on this car or they say they can add cruise control and a USB port, but I would lose everything else the car I was suppose to get has. They admitted I had the wrong car, but their hands were tied. Jimmy the manager said he called the bank to get it fixed, but when I called the bank they said no one has contacted them to discuss an unwind on my account. Jimmy was very rude to a friend that went with me and asked a question and he responded rudely by saying you weren't here that day, so be quite. NO assistance general manager should talk to any customer or customer's company in that matter. One of front desk girl always has an attitude and would give a dirty look every time i was there and when i asked a question she was always very hostile. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They are all liars and frauds. I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could.

Crown Nissan has some amazing employees. Seth Hilton was my sales consultant and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgable and not pushy (which is what makes an awesome sales person). Seth and his manager were able to get me into the car me and my family needed. Looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from this dealership in the future!

Great service department. Fast, professional, and courteous service. Went online to arrange appointment. Easy simple process. Arrived early and yet was immediately processed. Service person Derrick Ratliff greeted me, wrote up my problems and assisted me to the waiting area. During the wait time he kept me informed to what was being done and was time conscious. He came and got me, previewed my repairs and sent me on my way. Can only speak to my experience but was good enough that I will drive from Burlington to get my car serviced.
