I had gone to six different dealerships and had no luck. All the other dealerships were requiring money down for older model vehicles.I had become very discouraged and was going to wait until I had $1,000 for a down payment. I received a phone call from Sales Consultant Roy Twisdale, he said please just come in and let me see what we can do for you. I told him that it really was pointless but i would come in. After speaking to Mr. Twisdale and Mr. tran they were able to put me in a 2015 Honda Civic with no money down!. The service was extrodinary and the way Mr. Twisdale took the time to sit with me in my new car and explain everything about my car to me was absolutley wonderful. I have never had this much respect,kindness and patience shown to me when purchasing a car. I would recommend this car dealership to everyone I come in contact with. I believe in angels and Mr. Twisadle and Mr. Tran are walking angels. Thank you so much for every thing and If i could give you a higher rating on this review I would. dropped off my car just before 9 this morning. I received a call back at 2:38 saying they still had not gotten to my car. It is now 4:46 and I am STILL waiting. Their shuttle service to and from Durham ended at 3!! I now have to find a way back to the shop once they are finally done with my car. I have been waiting now for almost 8 HOURS for an air bag recall, brakes and oil change!!!! My sister who lives in Charlotte took her Honda in for exactly same repairs and was done in 3 1/2 hours!!!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!! It is now 5 PM....STILL WAITING

My entire experience was phenomenal. I started my search for a car online as most of us do. I was lead to the southpoint crown Honda. I found a few cars I was interested in. I sent in an email inquiring the cars (around 12 midnight) and the first thing the next morning I received an email from Mr. Roy Tisdale. He worked with me and my busy schedule to set up an appointment to do a test drive. When I arrived Mr. Roy had everything ready so there was no waiting. I loved the car and I was ready to purchase. There were a few minor things about the car that needed to be taken care of but when I returned a few days later they were taken care of. When I returned to purchase the car Mr Roy had the day off but Mr Mario Ferreria stepped right into his spot and made the process as smooth as possible. The car I purchased was a 2007 murano that was in really good condition and really well priced but the customer service is what really helped seal the deal on my decision. Both Mr Roy and Mr Mario made me feel appreciated and they both told me if I had any concerns feel free to come back by and ask. Which is important to me as a first time car buyer. I would definitely recommend people to stop by this location and ask for Mr Roy or Mr Mario
