My wife usually brought the car for service. But this time, I thought I tried it instead. I set up an appointment online and asked for Ken. I put the problem description when I set up the appointment, but when I met Ken, he did not have that information. So I had to describe what the problem was and he wrote the work order. Since I left the car overnight, Ken mentioned that he would have someone checked the car and tomorrow morning Josh would give me a call. And the next day (Christmas Eve around 9 am) Josh did call and said my car was ready. They replaced the rear brake pads, re-surfaced the rear rotor and flushed the brake fluid. Ken and Josh are really nice to work with. Thank you Ken and Josh. But the quality control of works that had been done to the car was different story. After I got home and opened up the hood, to check the brake fluid level, I saw some spills of brake fluid to the area underneath the reservoir. I thought the brake fluid was corrosive, so I had to clean them up myself.

Bought a used car from them. Told them before I would purchase the car that it needed to have a light replaced. They told me that it was impossible to replace that light. When I pointed out their error, they claimed that they meant the bulb was not in stock, but it could be fixed now. Also took car in for an alignment. It was not performed despite being charged for it. If you don't tell them the car is pulling they won't align it because they think you won't know the difference, other than they make $100 on the spot. I don't trust them for service or sales, since both sides lied. Caveat emptor.

I would recommend Ramon to help you find your next car. I never thought that I would find a replacement for my Saturn but Ramon helped me painlessly with the transition. Ramon listened and intuitively knew what would meet my needs. He also took time to review all the "gadgets" even though there is a session for new car owners. I feel that I was treated fairly and am satisfied with my 2015 Honda Accord. Thank you Ramon.

First, the shuttle guy was nice but other than that, I have to say this is the worst experience with dealership service department ever. I bring my car in for normal oil change, balance of tires and rotation. Not soon after, I have vibration with steering wheel and bring it back in. I make an appointment and still wait 4 hours before I finally went over to guy who took my info and inquired about status. He looks as confused and clueless like who are you? He tells me some other guy is suppose to be taking care of you and I'm not sure other than they're looking at it. Long story short, they don't know what's wrong with tires other than it has a flat spot from sitting too long. I explain the car has never sat more than a few days at a time. They both shrug their shoulders and say I don't know but you need new tires. I take it to a more reputable mechanic and he says the tires were out of balance. Really! Tony or whoever the manager gets a epic fail for earning my business no sir! Won't ever come back again.

Service is absolutely pathetic. Person helped me had no idea on how things work in the dealership. I was false promised for the time. After 90 minutes of wait he tried to explain some thing that he should have known right in the begining. The whole experience was so bad in contrast with other brand of car that I have that I will never buy Honda again as I will buy another car in 12 to 18 months for my daughter.
