They didn't go over what they found (or lack thereof) in the inspection. We paid nearly 90 dollars for an oil change and complete inspection and pretty much got robbed. The Toyota dealership I went to in Farmington nm had a template that they went over with you, this dealership just claims they did it and it looks fine. Ill try the Toyota dealership next time, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Purchased a Santa Fe Limited a few months ago commencing from internet shopping and meeting with Dean online Sales Mgr which was a pleasant experience. However, he was out of office when I came in to finalize sale with my credit union financing. This should have been no more than 90 min. process ended up 4 hours. To top it the General Mgr was extremely rude when we declined their financing. Additionally charged $699 document fee!! Also refused to provide the CPO info I asked for. I plan to write my review in other related resources now that I have had time to calm down. Hopefully my experience was an exception

I have zero hesitation saying that my experience with Lake Norman Hyundai was exceptional. I have always purchased vehicles in the past, but decided to try the whole leasing thing January 2011 with Lake Norman Hyundai. I was a Nervous Nancy about it because of all the horror stories about leasing. The time to turn in my lease was approaching and I decided to go on in and find out what I could about the process. I was greeted by Juan Antonetty--who if you meet him may tell you he was born in the 50's but I still dont believe that. If it does turn out to be true I will beg for information about the fountain of youth! Anyway... I really did only go in there to find out about my leasing turn in process come January. Its very new to me and I was pretty nervous about it. He asked how I was enjoying my lease, I told him so far it was great...but the real moment of truth would be when my lease ends. He could tell I was very nervous and skeptical about the whole process and continually reassured me that it would all be fine with a big ol, genuine smile on his face. He was very helpful with information, and if he didn't know the answers he didnt just BS one - he would find out. He had an awesome not pushy but helpful...and extremely patient personality. I met the general sales manager as well, who was also very informative, helpful and patient, Guy Zubchevich. Guy was an awesome awesome person. I did not intend to turn in my lease that day and drive home in an AWESOME new vehicle...but that is exactly what happened. Not because I was pushed-- but because they made me an offer I simply could not refuse! If I am treated this way every time my lease runs out...I will be a leasing customer at Lake Norman Hyundai for life! I encourage anyone interested in a new car- leasing or purchasing, to visit Lake Norman Hyundai and ask for Juan Antonetty. He is about as calm, true, and awesome as they will get :) He continually checked in on me, and even taught me some breathing techniques when I would get overwhelmed with decision making! I have several empolyees names I would like to thank at Lake Norman Hyundai. First of all I would like to thank Fred Bowan who has been a true gentlemen whenever a customer comes in, whether they are buying a new are used car he is there to meet and greet you. Also, I would like to thank my salemen Juan Antonetty, who made my 3rd Hyundai we purchased a lot of fun and professional at the same time he is a asset to your sales team.I also want to give a special thanks to the service department. Morris Maines is the manger who will help in any way he can. He also has a great team under him, Tom Furey my service rep. and he always has a ear for me and helps me anyway he can. Also the rest of the service department thanks guys! I also want to send a thank you to Alan Wilkes and his team in the body shop they took care of me like I owned a Bentley! I also have to add everyone at Lake Norman treats you with respect and always has a smile for you. Thanks!
