Marty helped me get my car fixed and went the extra mile to make sure my car was fixed and fixed right the first time. I have regularly had service performed at Randy Marion's. The quality of the work is always great and the customer care is the best I have ever had from a car dealer.

I took my truck to the service department for inspection/repair/replacement and coolant change for a leaking radiator (along with some additional work) and the result was that the technician cleaned and flushed my damaged radiator and changed the coolant. Upon initial registration at the service desk I requested to show the leak to the technician but I was not given that opportunity. The truck was returned to me with radiator still damaged. The cost was significant.

I recently purchased a pristine, low mileage Corvette I discovered online at Randy Marion Chevrolet. It was a limited production model which prompted me to fly from Texas to NC to purchase the car. The sales rep, Rick Harris, was honest and informative through the entire purchasing process. Since I was concerned about the overall condition of the car before making the trip to buy it, Rick did a complete closeup inspection and sent me photographs to document the car's pristine condition. I was even able to negotiate the price and a loan rate (that beat my credit union's offering) before I made the trip. Once I arrived, the car was exactly as described and the purchase closing process with the finance manager, Brett White, went quickly and smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better treatment from the Randy Marion staff. They were professional, friendly, and helpful.

After my wife and I traveled 2 hours to the dealship, we found out that the Equinox we had looked at online and called about had 8k more miles than what was being advertised. The dealership tacks on a $700 wash fee, plus $600 stock fee. They did not even offer to lower the price with the actual milage increase. The car we were trading had a Kelly Blue Book trade in value $2,500 more than they were willing to give and Cars Plus offered $2000 more than Randy Marion offered. When leaving we were told we were making a mistake and that the car would be sold by the end of the day. A month later, it's still sitting on their lot. My wife and I were dressed in casual clothes and were treated ver poorly and talked down to. What they do not know is that we are successful adults in our 30's and were paying for the car in cash. We have sense traded elsewhere and received $2500 more than they offered us on the old car. Go elsewhere to purchase a car.
