1. Lied to about form of Payment for deposit. 2. Sneaky add on hidden in AutoTrader Pricing of Car. "Touch Of Class" Over $700+ for Wax and Rug Shampoo? Forced as part of the deal and never requested, not even explained anywhere unless you ask, but it shows up on your Bill of Sale, S N E A K Y. 3. Yelled at by Finance Guy after telling them that they Lied about taking a Credit Card Deposit, and refused a check as part of the payment with no explanation why until after speaking to the head of Finance. ( 3 days later after driving 600 + miles) 4. Kept $5000- (Over Payment due to misinformation about Credit Card use) of my money after the Sale that was not refunded until I called with the Bank on the line. 6. Told over the phone after the fact ( 3 days of negotiating price ) that they will not take Credit Card deposit because it costs them 3%, even though they said they would and was told to them in multiple conversations. 7. If it were not for Tom and Becky who were very professional, I would have dropped my close to 35K some where else. It is clear that even though a dealer is rated as TOP / Largest Seller in the area means nothing about Customer Service. To be in Business that many years and not know the difference between a DEBIT card and a CREDIT card during negotiations is unacceptable and underhanded after driving over 600+ miles for a trade.. It is clear that some of the staff has there hands tied is truly trying to help, I actually felt bad for 2 staff members ( Tom and Becky ). There is no reason the Dealership could not be successful in Quantity of cars as well as Quality of Customer Service as demonstrated by Tom and Becky. Advice, 1. Loose the Touch of Class, Offer it if you must,... But explain and leave it up to the consumer. Don't sneak it in on the bottom of the ad with no price next to it. Documentation Fee $699- Touch of Class ? ( See bill of sale ) 2. Teach all the staff the difference ( Especially the Finance Department ), DEBIT CARD is not the same as a CREDIT CARD. 3. Make it C L E A R to the consumer that you DO NOT take CREDIT CARD deposits or as a form of PAYMENT at all.. 4. Never ever yell or raise you voice at a Consumer who just told you. I have been driving over 12 hours straight to get here, you took the plates off of my trade, my daughter and wife are waiting in the car, I am over 600 miles from home, now you tell me you won't take my payment that is deposited in your account and you will not accept my check after telling me the amount and signing it in front of you..... Yes, I did tell the finance guy how can you live with yourself telling me this now after you accepted the check 10 minutes earlier, left the room came back then said no, with no explanation. Car purchased because of 2 people who cared... Tom and Becky, not because they sell over 40,000 cars a year, not because of Touch of Class

I had a simple inquiry - was the car I was interested in still on the lot? I used the chat option online and was advised it was available and someone would contact me shortly. I received an eQuote via email very promptly and then a text to my cell phone that included a photo of a business card. When I called the number on the card, the guy says "Oh I see you were dealing with Dan." I explained I had only used the online chat to make contact and it showed a female photo and name. He says, annoyed "well, I asked and Dan said its fine, I can deal with you. What do you need?" Really? Obviously I'm trying to buy a car. So I said "I was checking to see if the car is available?" He says "Yup it is." Then dead silence....uncomfortable silence. So I said "Ok, well, how do I start? Do I apply for financing online?" This guy says "sure, you can start there if you want." Now I'm mad because obviously I need help understanding what's next. How about invite me to the dealership to see the car and talk? How about a little direction on the online process as a whole? I simply said "thank you" an hung up. Moving my dollars on to some place that actually wants my money enough to help me understand how to spend it!

It seems impossible to make a deal with Randy Marion. My family and I have tried three times over the past 10 years with no luck at all. I made my last visit to this dealership in March 2015 and will not be returning. I am not one to write reviews, but people should be aware before they shop here.

I drove over three hours to look at a used 2013 Zl1 with full intentions to buy. Arrived at the lot to speak to a salesman eager to sell me the car. After inspection of the car it appeared to be more 'worn' than the pictures displayed (wheel curb rash, scratches, and a lack of being highly detailed) The eagerness was short to wear off when I ask to test drive. However, they were more than willing to test drive my trade-in without even informing me beforehand. Only after severely low-balling me on the trade-in and performing bully tactics in the finance office to pressure me to signing the financing paperwork to purchase did they want me to test drive the car. The salesman was a nice guy , but the dealership should be avoided due to crazy policies. If you're going to brag about owning every building on the block don't give me the excuse that I can't test drive a fast car cause your insurance is already high. I should have read the other review on this site before wasting my Saturday on a bunch of jokers wanting to sell a 50K car to someone without even letting them drive it first. I'll be more than happy to drive further to avoid this dealership in the future.

Went there to view the Corvette Stingray and see how it compares against our SL55 or my wife's BMW. We quickly realized a Corvette dealer is still a chevy dealership and that's the kind of service we got from the moment we arrived at Randy Marion. Salesman smelled like an ashtray, lot was cramped, and they only had 3 cars on the lot, all "selling above MSRP" according to the salesman. He asked us nothing about our needs, our goals, or our reason for interest in this car - literally asked us nothing. He did tell us he only deals with "serious buyers" and wanted to know we were serious before letting us test drive the car. We walked out as fast as we could. This is a dealership that is set up to pressure you by making you feel uncomfortable. Stay away.
