Kenny was amazing he was not a distracted salesman he followed through with everything we requested and he said himself . They worked really late to make sure we walked out with a car that we wanted. In June of 2014, my husband and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. We absolutely loved this truck. We had a great experience, the salesman Rob S. was very friendly and joked with my husband and I, the entire time we were there. Unfortunately, my husband lost his job in October 2014 and we were unable to afford the truck anymore. So, in November 2014, I was able to purchase a used 2012 Chevy Cruze, so I would have transportation to and from my job. The sales team worked diligently to get me a payment I knew I could afford on my income. They had everything ready for me, paperwork/cleaned car/full tank of gas, when I went there to sign the papers after 6:00pm on a Thursday night. Well, in January 2015, my son is needing a vehicle to get him where he wants to go. My car is GREAT on gas, but I am done playing taxi!! We look online and he finds the truck he wants, a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. We get everything worked out with a payment he can afford each month, and again....these fellas have everything ready when we get there. Bottom line: I will not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, whether new or used! We have dealt with some amazing people there. Rob S., Miguel: You guys rock!! Oh and one of the managers there also, Patrick! My family can't thank you enough!!!

I drove from Durham on a Saturday to purchase a 2008 Ford F-350 that I saw online at this dealership. After doing a test drive, I decided to move forward with the purchase. The advertisement stated that the vehicle qualified for buyback protection. After we got finished with the paperwork, my salesman ( Christopher Godwin ) said the service dept. didn't have enough time to get the truck cleaned and serviced so we agreed that they would get it done on Monday and deliver the truck to me at my home. Monday comes, it's after 2:00 pm. And I have no truck nor have I heard from anyone so I start calling only to get put on hold and receiving promises that someone would get back to me soon. Finally around 6:00 pm., Christopher calls me to tell me that the service dept. was backed up and they would get the truck to me on Tuesday. I said to him to make sure he brings a copy of the inspection report and the service receipt. The driver arrived at my home Tuesday with only an inspection report. WAIT! IT GETS WORSE!! After driving my "Newly Serviced Truck" for two ( 2 ) days, I'm driving to work at 3:00am. ( a 30 min. commute ) and my oil light and service engine light comes on! I look in my rear view mirror and I have thick black smoke coming out of my exhaust blinding & polluting everyone behind me. I then called Christopher as soon as they were open to express my dissatisfaction and they need to come pick up their truck and return my money. Since trying to communicate with the staff at this dealership is so difficult, I have since taken pictures of the engine compartment and sent off to various companies for legal purposes. I am the son of a diesel mechanic and anyone with basic mechanical knowledge can clearly tell that the service on this vehicle was NOT DONE!!! The truck is currently sitting in limbo while I continue to pursue legal action or I hear from the general manager.
