Arrived approx 11:00 AM & left approx 5:30!!! Very long process however, staff very friendly but, doesn't follow up with promises. I had mentioned I wanted a friend to get the referral for me buying from Hyundai & she bought through Kia. Due to this very long day, this was not done & I called the next day & gave the friends info for the referral & was told they would verify the info with Paramount Kia & still no response. I've left msg 2 x's in finance dept with NO response to date.

Paramount Hyundai had exactly the car I was looking for, a low mileage 2012 Hyundai Genesis. They were kind enough to pick me up from the airport in the car I wanted to purchase to get an extended test drive. I fly 500 miles to get the car I wanted at an excellent price. There was no haggling over price. There was no pressure to buy a different car. Colby was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and the advantages over other cars. He also told me about the other dealerships within their company for when I want to come back for another car.
