From the very start of my process with Classic Nissan of Statesvlle my car buying experience went more smoothly than I've ever experienced before. To fit my work schedule I was able to have all communication with Matt through email. To accommodate my proximity to the dealership, Matt arraigned for a sales representative to deliver my new car to me and take my old lease off my hands as well, I never even had to leave the house. This process was so much better/easier/faster than the dealership experiences I've had in the past and I would 100% recommend Classic Nissan, and particularly Matt, Katie and Jean who were so easy to work with.

I live out of state and my husband contacted Matt at Nissan of Statesville. He and his partner, Hayley, patiently worked over the next few days setting up the surprise I had for my Mom. They answered all our questions and gave us a fair deal on the car we wanted. Plus, they delivered the car to a different city the day I flew into town to surprise my Mom. They even had balloons! Then they stayed to show my Mom all the ins and outs of the vehicle. I've already recommended them to someone in NC!

From the very first contact -- a phone call -- with Matt, we were quite pleased with the friendly, pressure free presentation by Sheri, the sales associate with whom we worked. Sheri also took time well before the sale to introduce the other staff of the dealership, all of whom were friendly and out going. I was particularly impressed with Bruce, a sales manager and Robert in the parts department. And even Katie who was relatively new in the finance office made the complicated process a good experience. Our new 2015 Nissan Atlima purchase was a dream -- like the car!
