I was very pleased with the sales rep I had, David Hooper. Although he was a new rep with just a couple of weeks experience, he did a great job of making sure I was taken care of. Everyone I worked with were very friendly and helpful. This is the third used car we have purchased here at Paramount and I'm sure we'll be back!

Customer service was lack luster---no follow up for multiple "we owe"'s--still don't have my SD card and after three trips up to Hickory (1.5 hr round trip) I requested it to be sent to my local Dealer for installation. I fully expect I will need to call and remind them of this vs have someone follow through on that commitment. One trip up there I rearranged work to be there at 8:30, waited 2+ hrs in the waiting room only to find out they didn't have the right parts. Other than my test drive, no one spent any time orienting me to how all the systems and features work. I had a Honda and switched to try Hyundai, but so far Honda had better service. The receptionists were friendly and so was everyone when I spent the time in the waiting room. It would just be nice for them to keep me better informed with the items still owed.

Professional, Courtious, Friendly. I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my life - And this experience was one of the memorable ones. The facility was immaculate, the vehicle was prepped perfectly.
