This was the third vehicle we have purchased at Carolina. Plus we have our Ram 1500 serviced here and deal with either Robbie or Chris for the service appointment. We have always received excellent customer service when either looking, buying or service is being needed. No pressure and they do believe in customer service where most dealerships are only interested till they see you are not yet committed to the purchase. We will definitely look here first when the need for another vehicle arises.

We had been looking for a replacement vehicle for our son. We found a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Autotrader.com that was within our budget. We called and spoke with Jarrod to see if it was still on the lot. He confirmed that it was. We drove about 1 hour to Lugoff, SC. Jarrod had the vehicle waiting on us to look at and test drive. It had been detailed to the tee inside and out. We test drove the vehicle. It drove better than expected. We did do our homework and had brought the carfax report from the internet site. When it came time to talk money, this is why we did not give 5 stars, we started getting various fees added for no trade-in and wanting to pay cash. We finally gave in and ran it through finance it and get rid of the no trade-in fee. We learned something from this experience. We will most likely look to do car buying business in Lugoff, SC in the future.

Who Helped Me:Steven was nice and did not try any dishonest practices. However, he involved another sales person/manager, who never disclosed the vehicle's onlilne price for roughly $22000, I was given $27000
Just bought a Cherokee Latitude today from this dealer and was given the best deal of 27500. The same car is advertised on their online sale site for 22400. Worst experience ever in regards to integrity, honesty and honor. If this company is familiar with the rule of 9 in business, they will understand the impact this dishonest sale will have on their dealership. .
