Updated: 7/6 These guys are good at selling cars and making you feel like you're not being pressured, which is great. But you have to realize that low-pressure sales is still just a sales tactic, intended to gain your trust and put you at ease. It only means they want their sale and a good review. Our salesperson, Ted, was really helpful and we liked him a lot, but he was the only positive part of this experience. We recently traded in our car for a used 2013 Pathfinder. When they evaluated our trade, the sales manager said they could not give us more than $2000 due to the condition and because they'd have to sell it at auction. We really needed $3000 or at the very least, $2500 to get our payments where we needed them, but we relented. The next day they listed our car for sale for $10,000! Then we told them the day after we bought it that there's something wrong with it. The steering wheel is angled about 10 degrees to the right and the slightest touch of the wheel and it's veering off all over the lane. It's either out of alignment or there's an issue with the steering being extremely over sensitive. Update: They finally called us Saturday about the alignment issue (conveniently the day after the 5 day exchange period.) But we'd already taken it to another Nissan place and they looked at, explained a lot of things about the car, the electronic steering, and how it drives. And didn't charge us for anything. Also annoyed our car didn't come with the manual or floor mats. Who sells a car without floor mats? They actually told us we had to buy them separately. Really makes me question how many of these positive reviews are legit...especially since they offer you a $100 gift card for leaving one.

Thank you for your review. We have left you multiple messages to explain our reconditioning process on trade vehicles but have not received a response. When appraising a vehicle, we assume the highest amount to repair the known issues on a trade. We put the vehicle online (and price it) the following day after trading it with the estimate in mind but prior to knowing exactly whether or not we will keep it and how much exactly it will cost to fix it. In this situation your Envoy had the following issues: Airbag light on, front bumper falling off and held on with tape, headliner falling down, check engine light on, side view mirror cracked, cosmetic issues as well. Based on these known issues, the estimated amount to repair was $4000-$6000 (worst case scenario). After inspection, we make a decision whether or not to keep the vehicle or send it to the auction. The cost to repair your vehicle came in at $4400, which we would be more than happy to review with you. We decided it was not worth the investment and sent it to auction and removed it from our website. In regards to the steering wheel alignment, we attempted to set an appointment with you the day after you purchased however you chose not to do so at that time because of your schedule. Once again, we have been trying to reach you to get this alignment fixed. Please let us know when you would like to have this done. I hope this clears up any confusion or miscommunication.
