I had gone to Toyota in search of a new car. I have a Scion that I absolutely adore. However, I ended up getting a used Kia in September 2015. Because of the flood in Columbia, we understood the delay in getting our plates. After numerous trips to the dealership, half a dozen temporary plates, and multiple people claiming they'd take care of it and get back to us, we finally were told to get it ourselves. I retrieved my own permanent plates in March 2016. I also was not told about my car needing a wheel lock. When I brought this information to Toyota after attempting to get my tires rotated, I was told they would compensate me for having to buy the wheel lock key from Kia. This was again an empty hollow promise to pacify me. Unfortunately I do not remember the names of all the gentleman that were so falsely helpful over those 6 months. But if in the future I choose to buy another Toyota/Scion, I will NOT be going to the Greenville dealership.

They are not professional....... they dont know what they are doing...............they diagnosed my car with a problem that wasn't a problem...............They wanted me to pay money for a problem that wasn't a problem.............they only wanted to make money off of people.............I am not happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jim Gibson small body shop manager. Treated me with great respect. I felt I was spending much much more for my car repairs. He treated me like a valued customer. I would recommend hiI will take the credit card info and not run it until Monday after i find out what we can get.
