I took my 2007 chevy tahoe in for slipping of the transmission. They had the vehicle for 2 full days and then they said they couldn't duplicate the problem. I took it back to the dealership I bought it from (an hour away) and within 1 HOUR they found the problem. They are going to have to replace the whole transmission. I know they weren't just trying to sale something to me because the dealership has to pay for it because it is still under warranty. So I wasted 2 days, 60 dollars, and my wife getting stuck at enterprise for 4 hours bc they didn't have a rental available at the time for nothing. This is the 2nd experience we have had with this dealership and both were crap! DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Not to mention all the dirt and grease on the steering wheel when it was returned to me.

I wouldnt bring my cat to the service dept.if he had a broken leg.the techs,would find ten other things that were wrong and not the probkem.trust me been there done it.

A coworker warned me about the Service Department, but it was worst than expected. Went in with an electrical issue. It took 3 days to fix. I have no doubt I was WAY over charged for labor. Of course the issue was not covered by the extended warranty purchased at the dealership. The technician and case manager were not knowledgeable. It was a very bad experience. Steer clear of this service department unless you have $1000 to spare.

They are your typical vulture salesmen. I went to buy a 2000 Ford f250 from that place. The sorry sales manager had me to shake his hand and sign a paper after I agreed to buy the truck. It was after 5pm and my bank was closed. I advised them that the next morning when my bank opened, I would bring the money there for the truck. The next morning the salesman advised me that the sorry sales manager had stated first come first serve and sold the truck while I was on my way to the dealership. Sorry bunch of people. Don't buy from them !!!!!

I bought my wife a 2009 impala from best kia in 2014 started having trouble a week later was fixed then more of same problems after another week kept getting put off by josh the service manager service manager at best Chevy told me he couldn't help me and to just have me pay for someone else to fix it
