I bought a 2014 Black Dodge Ram truck (that I named Wyatt - I name all my vehicles) in August of this year. James Martin was the sales representative. He described the truck to me on the phone and it sounded like what I was looking for and told him I was interested. In that I live in Newberry and your dealership is in Greer it was not convenient for me to come to you so Mr. Martin actually brought the truck to my place of employment to show it to me, allow me to take a test drive, and fully explained all the capabilities of the truck. It was everything I wanted and more. Mr. Martin took the truck back to the dealership, worked the numbers and brought the truck to my home two nights later! We signed all the papers at my kitchen table and then he changed the tags for me in the dark, using a flashlight!! Mr. Martin made my truck buying experience the most enjoyable automotive business transaction I have ever experienced! The only thing that would have made this situation better would be if he had included dinner for me with Sam Elliott as part of the deal!!!

My wife and I just traded in our 2008 Accord for a new 2015. Sharon and Charles are the best. We knew what the 2008 was worth and how much we wanted to pay for the 2015 Accord. It's "no far" when one goes into a negotiation and the dealership beats your numbers. Well played guys. We could not be happier. Must be why we bought our 2008 from Dick Brooks. Just a note, your team was even better this time around! Didn't think it was possible. If your time is important to you then I suggest you see these people. They didn't give us the "run around". They care about their product and most of all, they cared about our time.

Dick Brooks Honda and my salesperson, Carlos, went so far above and beyond for me! My car buying experience *before I went to them* can only be described as disastrous. I had put down deposits on four different cars, with each one being "accidentally" sold or having some other issue. Finally, a month after I began car shopping, I gave up on getting my dream car and decided to test drive something else at a local dealer. Well, it just so happened that the exact car I wanted came up at Dick Brooks the night before my test drive, and called about it. There were no pictures online as it hadn't even been on the lot yet. Carlos went out of his way to describe the car, send me photos, and hold the car for me. He was the first salesperson I dealt with (out of probably 50 across the South East) who was completely true to his word - the car was there when I got there, being held for me! The car was in nearly perfect condition, and better than he had described! He was honest, patient with me having to come in from out of town (and having tons of questions), and efficient. My finance person was David, and he was just as honest, friendly, and efficient! I was driving away in my new car in less than 2 hours! After all that, they were able to do even better on the price than we originally thought! Dick Brooks Honda is a rarity in car sales and I'll be starting my car search with them next time!! THANK YOU!!!

On Wednesday, September 17, 2014, I took my 2005 Honda Civic in for a timing belt replacement. I grew up in a garage and do most of my own maintenance, but this would too technical a job for a "shade tree" mechanic. I was quoted a reasonable price, offered a loaner car since the job would take so long. Rebecca Bieniek was the service advisor. She treated me with respect and the utmost friendliness. I was very pleased with the work, though I never spoke with the mechanic. It would be nice to be able to speak with the mechanic and tell him thank you. Well, the price was accurate with no surprises. The job was done well and on time. By the way, that loaner car is such a nice feature. However, it almost made me want to buy it. I did have a pleasant conversation with a sales person. I might be in the market later for a car.
