Alan Fox had sold us a Rave 4. When we were at the dealership, my husband indicated we might be interested in a new truck. In January, when we returned to Beaufort, driving our old truck, we received a call from Alan asking if we were ready to trade in our truck. This was not overly aggressive. This was just a friendly checking in to see where we were at. We did buy a new truck. Alan was very helpful and endlessly patient. We had some issues with a gap insurance issue. This was partly caused when we transferred our loan from the dealer to the Navy Credit Union and thus transferred our gap insurance. Sean worked this through with us and we did receive a refund of the first gap insurance. We just brought the truck in for 5,000 mile service. This was done in an efficient, friendly manner.

The service rep wrote on the work order to check the spot on my camera. It wasn't done and I still have the spot! Tire rotation and inspection was completed in about usual time of 45+ minutes.
