After a shaky start in the service department with my wife's 2014 Ford Escape, Service Manager Eric Ford and Quick Lane Asst Manager Steve Smith, pulled out all the stops and hit a home run in the 9th with an outstanding service appointment and customer service. Her car was fixed and finished on time, a loaner was provided for her busy schedule and the car was sparkling clean upon pick up. Way to rally guys, thanks and we will definitely be back.

Who Helped Me:Danny Jackson, Kristen Moore, Eric (CS mgr), DeShaun (CS rep), Matt Lane (others not listed that didn't call back)
Dealer sold truck with undisclosed non working horn, oversized tires (hit wheel well), standard washers used as spacers on rims (can cause tires to come off), lied about smart key replacement being standard key, added 300 undisclosed (engraving? fee), denied having We Owe (later fix promise note, honored when I showed carbon copy). Discovered horn, tire size issue month after purchase. Sales Mgrs would not help, and salesman would not help. Left review on google, GM called me in and fixed horn, replaced tires, replaced key. Last month got first tire rotation, discovered rim issue. (GM and other mgrs have all left since last fall and been replaced). Sales GM Danny Jackson promised to call back. No call backs (have called and left messages with his VM). At 6th phone call, Matt Lane said washers on hubs are safe depending on opinion of service center. Asked if I could bring in and he verify, he said no point - if they sold it it's safe and passed inspection (mind horn, tire issue). Checked with multiple service centers plus hub and rim specialist center - washers are absolutely unsafe as substitute spacers. My wife drove this truck to Augusta with my wife. Multiple call backs to dealer have yielded nothing. Kristen Moore internet mgr promised to call back 2x before finding out she no longer works there. Eric customer service mgr promised twice to call back. No call backs. DeShaun promised to call back within a hour - no call backs. They do not care about the well being of their customers, nor on repeat business.

I was helping my elderly in laws find a car and called the dealership about a vehicle. I spoke with a salesman to see if vehicle was available and he advised it was. After driving 1 hour to the dealership, a salesman advised me the vehicle was not on the lot and was out on loan to a prospected buyer so they (the buyer) could take the car to their mechanic.The salesman then called the manager who then explain the situation to me again and hands me a business card while advising when the vehicle return in 2 hours I would see the car first. I would later meet another prospective buyer on the lot who then advised he initially came for the same vehicle as I did and the manger told him the same story (he would also see the vehicle first when it comes back). Two hours later, the car salesman would advised the vehicle was not going to return and he was sorry. I have purchases several cars in the past and I have never heard of a dealership allowing a vehicle which is price to sell to be taken off the lot over night without payment. This dealership is in the business of misleading buyers to draw them to the store then pressuring them to buy a higher price vehicle. THESE PEOPLE ARE SLIME xxxxx and do not understand how important customer trust is. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My in laws ended up purchasing a car from AUTOMAX.

I heard about his dealership from a friend that lives in the are! i drove from Clarkesville,when we arrived at the dealership we were promptly greeted by Justin Hazelton!he found the exact car i wanted and took the time to show me all the features of the car during the test drive.I usually hate buying cars but Justin made it fun and stress-free! i highly recommend shopping at this dealership and working with Justin. We had a great time! p.s. the general sales manger Evan was very helpful as well
