I came to this dealership on Feb 2014 and financed a 2010 328i 4 wheel drive BMW. Used of course. Mike Suyunov was the individual who assisted with this lemon purchase. I put down 1500 on this car with no warranty suggested. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle since it has been driven off the lot. Engine light never stays off. I've had to replace a cylinder head bolt in the amount of 600 dollars. I have had two major oileaks costing me over 1400 dollars. I turning this car in voluentarily ! I have Done more repairs than driving the vehicle. The dealership is acting as though it's my fault, when in all actually the car was bought a lemon! The deception Mike Suyunov has to lie in people's face is beyond me. He needs to be demoted he is not a honest man. I have been two They doctor twice over stress of this car. Save yourself some doctor bills when I say do not buy a car here. I'm only 27 years old this is my second car purchase in my entire life.!!!

This Dealership is just like most of the xxx dealerships just out to rip you off!!!! (READ ON I GO VERY DETAILED) I contacted this dealership 3 months prior to buying, explaining I live out of state but want to buy a car in GA then drive back to where I currently live till I move home at the end of this year. I explained in the e-mail I am wanting a reliable SUV with low miles, and it can be the absolute most basic as long as its in good working order. They assured me on e-mail, phone, and even when I was in person they gave EVERY car a completely thorough look through... and especially would since my situation. Fast forward to day of... I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee through them in the beginning of the year... Dumb me paid 4,000 over what its worth, thinking a dealership would be honest when they said that they went through it and it is 100% ready to go ( good thing because I had to leave the next day to drive back out to Salt Lake City, Utah where I am currently stationed.) But hey at that time I knew the price sounded high, but I kept reminding my self that they claimed its 100% and they honestly cared about their customers. So On my trip home, I found out oh great the PASSENGER AIRBAG HAS BEEN DEPLOYED BUT NEVER REPLACED!!!! Oh whats next, look the weight sensor on the passenger side also is inop which will turn on and off whenever it wants with out without someone sitting there. So I got it back to my temporary home, contacted them about it and they told me... I can take it too a dealership and if they can prove... keyword PROVE ... this was done before I bought it they will pay for it. So I contact the local jeep mechanic and explain the situation, he said he's seen this situation many times before and it is impossible to PROVE what time this has happened. That even out here the bad dealerships run the same game. 2nd huge issue, I also bought a warranty when I was there, thinking well heck even though yall say you went through it I want my family and I protected and only for 2,000 extra and it covers everything??? (so they said) Seems no brainer... After getting to SLC before calling Jeep mechanic I looked into this "warranty" , I found very many many many contradicting statements in it.. So I took to a friend whom is a Lawyer out here, She went through it completely came back to me and said get your money back... Why I thought? Because she said, the contract shows very many loopholes that it is worded so even if you can pay for the diagnostics (which sometimes is higher than repair) that doesn't necessarily mean they will cover it. Such as if the mechanic discovers it happened before I bought the car, they wont cover it?!?! Many many things like this... So I go to cancel my warranty contract, as stated in contract with in the 30 day you can get full refund. I contacted my seller was a chick I forget her name, but she said they can not cancel it after a week. I argued but didn't get anywhere, So I called the company it self, got it processed but they have to send my 2,000 back to the dealership whom will send it out. ... 5 months later, I contact them again ask hey... uhh still have not got a refund? They argue that it was never put in on time, I argue back, This time I win... They said in 6 weeks they will get the refund out... 6 more weeks? Yes. Wow . So 6 weeks later they get the check out, but turns out its only 1600, 400 less then a "full refund" Turns out Gravity has fee's just to cancel this contract of almost 200, and same with the company who provides it. So I have a 2006 jeep grand cherokee with a deployed airbag I can't afford to get repaired, I also lost 400 dollars that was mine from fee's from this dealer and their partners. Please mind you I contacted this dealership SEVERAL times to avoid leaving a bad review, I like to give every business a fair shot, I think a 7 month time period to get a refund, and finding out they lied about the vehicles safety and its condition. I would not wish this experience on my worse enemy... VERY upset about this situation. By the way, ALL their cars from come auctions out of new jersey, they ALL have rust issues.
