There's some really shady stuff going on at this dealership. They lost my license...claimed they mailed it to me (on three different days!), and I have yet to get it in the mail. Needless to say, I did NOT buy a car from them.

I just purchased a 2012 Ford Focus using a Capital one check for a car loan. I left them with the check to work out financing, not believing I would ever get the car anyways due to a lot of bad luck. They told me the only way I could get the car was for them to drop the price $1000 and add a $2,000 warranty plus all their fees and what not. So the car was priced at $14,185 and I ended up paying $16,740 for the car!!!! Now lets get to the car. The sales guy had no clue about the features or anything about the vehicle. MY fault I did not check to make sure they were all functioning. So now I have an over priced Ford Focus that is fully loaded, super pretty, awesome, vehicle of my dreams. Sounds good right, well..... here is what I really got. A 2012 Ford Focus which includes a lady who will talk to you but will not listen. The cover over the speakers in the rear windshield looks like the back was ate by mice. A babysitter that will not allow you to go over 80 miles an hour or turn your radio above level 14. So yesterday 6 days after I bought it I put the car in drive only to realize it would not move. I luckily had the ford warranty from the original purchaser so it is hopefully now being fixed. I am also hoping the annoying lady we will call blue tooth will be working when they are done. I am just thinking that these are things the sales people should have known about the car. I also believe that these are things that should of been disclosed. So those out there that are test driving a vehicle don't believe the salesman when he says, "yeah you can hook your phone up and use the blue tooth". Test it out!!! Take it over 80 miles an hour and see if your car just stops accelerating. Then when you call Bill Holt to ask them for the "admin" key and they have no idea what you are talking about you won't be surprised. I personally would have handled the whole experience better but you live and you learn. I will never buy a used car again! Now the question being would I buy from Bill Holt Chevy again...probably. I was not "sold" the car to begin with. I would, however, try out the features and drive the vehicle, not just buy it. Brandon is a nice guy, I would have to say not a sales guy, but he did get me into a car.

Advertised vehicle price was not accurate and while the vehicle was advertised as GM Certified, it was not and they would not honor their ad. Waste of time with false advertising.
