Shopped brands I was interested in on line. From my inquiries was promptly sent an e- mail from Kennesaw Subaru. My awesome sales consultant Joseph Ball sent me a brief hello and his contact numbers. I later received a personal e-mail from Joseph with a little friendly background on who he was. I was dealing with a real person. I started e- mail contact listing my preferences and we were off. No pressure no hassle. Who knew car buying could be this much fun.

We just bought an Outback from sales employee Ralph Kurland. From beginning to end he was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. He was very patient while we contemplated which Outback to buy. He explained all the features on the cars available to us and let me take multiple test drives to assure our satisfaction with the vehicle we ultimately chose. We have talked to other folks that have purchased Outbacks and feel we were treated fairly on price with a minimum of haggling. Since we couldn't drive the car home due to not having a 2nd driver Ralph took part of his day off the following day to pick up and drive the Outback to us and Subaru had a driver pick Ralph up at our home. Discussions with Louis Kaissieh about warranty choices were equally pleasant. We highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw and these employees!

My wife and I are new to this area. we moved from NYC to retire in Dallas, GA. We literally have no family members nor friends to point us in the right direction. The past 12 months have been extremely pressuring in dealing with Home Builder, Movers, Banking Institutions, and other services needed to make our transition. We needed a car, just as we did for everything else, we read the reviews on many dealers in the area and decided to take a chance with Subaru of Kennesaw. The first day we walked in the showroom, we were lucky to have been greeted by Ralph Kurland. From the start he made us feel very comfortable. He engaged us in a dialogue to understand our transportation needs. We told him about ourselves, and our interest in a Subaru. He offered some good suggestions which helped us decided on the Forrester. In other words, what Ralph saw first was the two individuals who needed his professional services not the deal he was about to make. After signing papers and obtained the keys to the car, Ralph introduced me to his colleagues in the Service Department, and went in details over the owner's manual and other literatures that come with the car. Ralph is salesperson with a keen sense of humanity. I hope the same can be expected with service department which I'll have to deal with in the future. Thank you Ralph. RFJ Dallas, Ga
