My family was in the market for a Mini Countryman and this dealership had one with all the options that we wanted. Talked to the salesman on the phone and they said that they would hold the car for us so no one would be able to purchase the car while we are making the hour and half drive to the dealership. When we arrived we looked at the car and decided that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. After spending two hours filling out paperwork and going over the details of the warranty we were told that the car was just sold. The whole time we were dealing with our salesman another salesman was selling the car to another couple. When asked to speak with the General Manager and we were told that he just left for the day. Even the used car manager would not leave his glass office to bring us this news. The news was given to us by our salesman, who was used as their escape goat. John our salesman by the way was awesome. So the only manager that was willing to talk to us was the finance manager. His best answer for wasting six hours of my families time was " Nothing personal, it is just business!" If you are in the market for a BMW or a Mini and wanting the ultimate driving experience, I would drive the extra 30 mins to North Atlanta. BMW of South Atlanta may sell the Ultimate Driving experience but their customer service and the way they conduct business is broken down on the side of the Autobahn. Matthew

The absolsute best new BMW transaction ive ever made was entirely over the phone with Mr. Adrian Avila. One of the most knowledgeable, transparent, BMW specialist, european delivery specialist, honest, patient, polite, and proffesional salesman i have ever worked with from start to finish!!!! Ive bought and sold many cars over the years, and ive never met a salesman like Adrian, this guy has earned a customer for life plus my family and friends for all our BMW needs!!!! Today, 02.25.2015 im finalizing my 2015 435ix european delivery order. Im a iowa resident, i have shopped around for the past 4 months at over 30 dealers in the midwest, but only BMW of South Atlanta and Adrian won me over with the absolute rock bottom price, honesty, and proffesionalism. PS: Adrian deserves a promotion plus a paid vacation after dealing with a difficult customer like myself. Thank you again BMW of South Atlanta

I bought a well equipped 2015 X5 35d from Phil Gwarjanski and I can't say enough great things about the experience. Phil was on the ball every step of the way, sending me email updates with production numbers, build sheets and double checking to make sure that the Performance Center in Spartanburg was keeping me in the loop. My buying experience was respectful, no hassel and as simple as can be. My paper work was overnighted to me and always followed up with either an email or phone call confirming receipt. You really couldn't ask for a better buying experience. Phil's a great guy and he works for a great dealership. I hadn't ever purchased from BMW of South Atlanta, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I can assure you that the experience was 10x better than the way I was treated by other BMW delaerships and sales people. If you're in the market for a BMW, you really should give Phil a call and see what he can do for you. You won't regret it! Phil gave me great insight into taking delivery at the Performance Center in Spartanburg. If you haven't done it before, I HIGHLY recommend it. It's a no extra cost option that allows you to attend the Performance school where you reallty test the capabilities of the exact model you purchased on a real track with professional instructors. They teach you about what your exact model car or SUV is capable of achieving. Power braking. Steering during ABS engaged braking. Slalom. Road course. Off road course. And my absolute favorite, a hot lap in a professionally driven M5. It will blow your socks off. The best part is that you're learning on their car, not yours. All the wear and tear to their car with no repercussions for you! They pair you with genius who spends an incredible amount of time explaining your car to you one on one. A very good lunch at the Performance Center. Then, you get an amazing tour of the factory where you see X5s, X6s and X3s being produced. It's incredible and included in the standard delivery price of the car. I can't wait to buy my next X5 from Phil and do it all again. Seriously, consider doing the PCD it's incredible!
