Friday evening, August 28, 2015, I picked up my new Lariet Ford F-150. It was close to closing time, and we noticed the seats weren't cooling as well in the 2015 as in my 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 that I traded in for this purchase. Upon making this comment to Greg, our sales represenative, he said to give it time to cool as it is so hot outside. To make a long story short, it never cooled properly. Monday August 31, we contact Greg, who told us to bring it in to see what the could be causing this problem. When we took it into service, Jeff wrote up the work order. One of the other service writers overheard what we were bring the truck in for and told Jeff and us it was an ongoing problem with Ford. And Ford Engineers told them not to touch (work on this problem) because there is no fix at this time, and there would be a recall at some future date. At which time, I did't need to leave it. I bought the vehicle in "Good Faith" and trust Bozard to inform all of their customers of potential problems. I feel somewhere along the line someone negleted to tell the sales people of the problem so that all customers could make a choice of whether or not to take the chance on purchasing a vechicle with a possible recall problem. I really do like Bozard, this is my third new truck from them in aproximately 3 years. I've just lost a little faith and am disappointed in them due to this nondisclosed problem.

The last oil change it took 1:30 hours to do. The time before I call for a oil change and had a 2;30 appointment. When I got there the service person said I would have a 2 hour wait. I went home!!!

Several months ago I completed an online vehicle search through the Ford website. I was looking at the F150 trucks as a potential next vehicle, but based on my budget thought that I would have to look into the used market. I was contacted thru email by at least a dozen different sales people from different dealerships in my area. including Jim Duram at Bozard Ford. I was familiar with Bozard and their reputation as a fair and reputable business because several coworkers had made recent purchases and were very pleased. My first trip to Bozard was simply a "kick the tires" fact finding trip. I asked for Jim because he had continued to offer his assistance thru e-mails, however he was busy with another client. The receptionist took my name and phone number and assured me that he would call me as soon as he came available. It impressed me that there was no attempt to farm me off to another salesperson. I wandered the lot looking at different trucks and waited for the obligatory pitbulls to show up, but beside being greeted by several Bozard staff who said if I needed anything to just ask...I was left alone. I later had the chance to speak with Jim on the phone and then met with him the following day. He was attentive, polite and showed a genuine interest in helping me figure out how to get what I wanted. After weighing my options he assured me that I could purchase new as opposed to used and that he would find the exact truck I wanted at a price that I could afford. There was no attempt to put me into a truck that was already in inventory (which was extensive) but rather Jim searched area dealers for vehicle that fit my needs and price range. Two days later I drove home my new 2015 F150 truck in the color I wanted with just about all the features I was looking for. It wasn't perfect, but it was close and fit my budget. There was never any pressure to stretch what I was comfortable spending, and I was offered several different options for financing. The actual purchase process was drawn out due to my kids and wife schedule and there was a lot of "in and out" at the dealership. Jim and the other staff we dealt with were very understanding and basically told us to move at our own pace. Questions and concerns were met with straight answers and always several options. In the end I was extremely happy with the whole process, the deal we got on the vehicle and all of the staff that were involved in helping us. The only negative is that my children now want me to buy a pingpong table and a cookie oven. Visit the Bozard showroom and you will understand... I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had and that any future vehicle purchase will begin at the Bozard dealership and with Jim Duran.

Jeff had made an appointment. I drove almost 50 miles and when I arrived my truck was taken in at the appointed time. Work was completed as promised. My truck was cleaned inside and out. Everyone I met was very nice.
