I went in to trade my car in for a maxima they didn't want to help me because my car I was trading wasn't a Nissan and I was a little upside down they told me my payments would be over a grand and the only way to get out of my my car was "to ditch it on Westmoreland with the keys in it" or "find a simi truck to ram it" that was the professional advice he gave me. When I spoke to the manager and told him what was said to me he laughed. I didn't think it was funny. So that being said I went to Honda and they were amazing they paid my car off and helped me get into a 2015 top of the line accord... I would stay clear of this place

"GREED Nissan." Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these crooks and liars. I purchased a Sentra at the end of the month and in order to help them with their "numbers," handed in my lease vehicle early. I was told by Duane and Eddie that they would "take care of everything." That's where I screwed up--I trusted them. Two months later they billed me for damages and excess mileage that they told me they would "take care of." For a paltry $1,000 they lost a customer for life, and I told all of my friends and students not to do business with them. Jay, Windermere.

I bought a used car on Sunday. I asked for the service paperwork and the spare key for the vehicle. 10 days later still waiting for these two small items. Called and the operator states she cannot get someone on the phone and can only send me to a desk and if someone answers then ok if not I have to leave a message. What kind of dealership cannot connect with a manager. I have been told by my salesman 3 times he would take care of it and even the manager told me he had the key on his desk and would send it out but that is 7 days ago too and still no key or paperwork that the manager promised.

Reed Nissan confirmed an appointment with me to test drive a Nissan Frontier they didn't actually have. It had been sold a week prior to someone else, and they called me out anyway so they could show me a nowhere-near comparable Chevy Colorado while they tried to "find the keys." The only reason I found out what actually happened is the current Frontier owner showed up at the dealership while I was there and confirmed for me when and where she had bought it. So it looks like I fell for a bait-and-switch at Reed Nissan. I'm still in the market for a truck, but I won't be spending any time looking at this place.
