My wife and I wanted to buy or lease a new car. We currently have a 2006 Jeep Liberty and although we have had no problems with this car, we wanted to find a car that would offer a smoother ride due to previous back injuries that I had. So we decided we would go a Jeep dealership first as a courtesy or loyalty even though my eye was set on a Toyota Roadrunner. We went to Auto nation in Pembroke Pines, FL. We were greeted by Mitchell Gross. I was expecting the usual pressure sales pitch which has happened to us in the past. To my surprise he asked me what made me come to Auto Nation and after I explained about my back his main concern was to try any and all cars to see what was the most comfortable for me before we would even talk price , style, color etc... We took several cars out and went over the speed bumps. It was hot out that day. He placed us in a car and while running the air conditioner he ran back and forth getting keys for me to test other cars. He was down to earth, not pushy but concerned for my well being. I told him he was the first dealership we visited and I wanted to visit Toyota to compare cars and pricing. I was shocked when he said he understood and would be here if I needed anything else. I was expecting the pressure that I encountered with previous car searching. As we talked more and more and exchanged stories of family and new York he grew on us and the end result of this very long story is, we got a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Thank you Mitch for the great experience.

I met Matthew and after heavy contemplating, being that I was only there for an inquiry; I ended up purchasing the 2014 Dodge Charger at a great price/deal. Matthew was very friendly. Although, I rated my overall experience and Matthew's customer service as ok because I think he was overwhelmed with getting even more sales, his attention was swayed. He didn't follow-up, but he did give me his direct line and I was able to contact him directly in order to complete my deal (i.e., window tints). I had to contact his manager Tommy only once and my needs were met eventually. Both gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. I am now completely happy and I would still recommend this establishment to whom ever I meet since they had also taken care of the maintenance on the Dodge Charger that I traded in as well.

Our day started out by visiting two other dealerships in the area. We did walk out of those two and headed for Autonation. We were greeted by their friendly staff and immediately shown the inventory on the lot that met our criteria. We never felt as if we were taken advantage of. The sale was straightforward, friendly and honest. We received a fair price for our trade in as well.

I don't know how business's like this can exist when there are so many dealerships in the area. It was lies right from the start. Our own fault for sticking around for so many hrs just to get screwed so bad at closing, that we had to call off the deal from hidden fees and lies about them. It's illegal to advertise one price and then try to slip in $700 dealer fees. Telling us they are legal and tax related. Putting your finger over them like I won't look. ask them to remove expensive extras only to have them keep popping up in later drafts with said finger trying to cover them They thought they'd wear us down having us sit there and sit there late into the night 11:30 and then just throw forms at us with more and more fees. We kept the documents we'll be sending them to the proper authorities.
