I took my Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and to have them look at the shocks, they said the shocks needed to be replaced as well as the front struts and stabilizer links. I dropped the car off on a Thursday night so they could begin the work on Fri. AM; I was told it would be ready later on Fri. I received a call around 3:00 that the car was complete. I picked it up at 4:00 the bill was $997.56. No one was around to greet me or advise on the outcome. I went in to pay the bill and they couldn't take my check, system problems, I had to pay with a credit card, which I did not want to do. It took the cashier 30 minutes to figure how to bill me. When I found the car and left the dealer, the front end sounded like it was going to fall off and I am looking around the car I find grease on the leather seats and console. I returned Sat. morning at 8:00 when the service department opens, they took the car and after 30 minutes said they would have to complete the job and when would I like to leave it. On Monday morning I called the service manager George Riquier and told about the issues, I told him I would be in to see him at 5:30 on that Monday. When I got to his office at 5:30, leaving work early to do so, he didn’t introduce himself, couldn’t look at me and basically ignored me and my question instead talking through the advisor Matt. I ended up bringing the car back the following Sat. they gave me a loaner Cadillac ATS that was dirty, full of scratches and made more noise than the Chrysler and drank more gas than the 1976 Plymouth Fury wagon the family had when growing up. I called the dealer on Wed. to see what was the progress of my car since no reached out to me; at 4:00 they called back to say it was ready, I got to the dealer at 6:00, when they close to pick up the car. I asked Matt what they did; he said tighten the stabilizer links…3 days to do that? I asked him for the invoice information and was told they did not write one up. When I was going over the car I found grease all over the trunk lid and on the inside drivers door…Matt had the porter clean it but isn’t that something that should be looked at prior to a customer picking up a car from service? I would NOT recommend nor would I return to that dealer.

I was considering a Cadillac ATS but was not convinced I would buy. Chris worked with me on a Saturday afternoon, even staying slightly after hours to assist me. I returned the next day and became so comfortable with the whole experience that I ended up buying a turbo ATS in a very nice color. I took delivery on Monday. The business part of the transaction went smoothly. This dealer does not use high pressure sales tactics or anything like that. Fred was very generous with his time and knowledge. These folks really worked hard to make a good deal for me and make me comfortable. They were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product; throughout the transaction, they conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. They were really head and shoulders above what one experiences at other dealers.

Faulty sunroof drains flooded my car twice; first in July, 2009 and now in July, 2013. The first repair was covered under basic factory warranty; after GM initially denied the second repair under their GMPP factory extended warranty, Ed Morse got the factory to cover fixing the recurrence of this terrible problem.

I was in a lookout for a new car lease and I loved the reviews and features on the new ATS. I also considered the new BMW 3 series which I checked out in Braman in Miami. The experience (customer service) there was disappointing and I never would go back. When I went to Ed Morde Bayview Cadillac, the experience was completely opposit. Fred Rosenberg and Dan Canter was absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcome and worked with me on all details in order to close the deal and to provide me the right car. I did not buy immediately, so the next day I received two phone calls from them just thanking me for the visit and offered me to take the car home for a day if I wish. I loved the idea and I accepted it. Unfortunately I could not return it the following day since I simply run out of time and surprisingly Dan simply just recommended to return it the next day with no hard feelings. The next day I showed up and purchased the ATS because of the car itself and the outstanding customer service from Fred and Dan. The paperwork only took a bit more than an hour! The Finance Manager Joseph Ferregur was polite, personable and very quick during the preparation of the final paperwork. I'm extremely happy with your establishment and love the people's there. I felt that they treated me just like they do treat their families! Thank You! Tamas
