My Experience with this dealership is absolutly incredible. Jorge Castillo is the best most professional person in the business. He will help you with anything you need and will tell you everything you need to know. He goes above and beyond of what you would expect to get you completely satisfy. He is also very professional and courteous. They should be the example for all other dealerships in the region. I have not being so lucky with other Autonation dealerships.

Well, first of all the Customer Service is the worst I have ever experience in my entire life and I have work on Retail for 7 years and I had never experience this bad of service, I bought a car within the first week the car is already breaking down then Autonation Kendall tells me to take it to the Autonation In Doral for evaluation I got there and no Mechanic can perform the work because is sunday, had to leave the car there for Monday when a mechanic can work on it I had to catch a cab because the they not gave me a rental Spend Extra money for no reason when this car should of being well inspected before selling it to anyone After 2 days of trying to Reach the Manager (Alain Rodriguez) in Autonation Kendall finally answers the phone tells me the car had just arrive at there dealer Autonation Kendall after they say leave it at the Doral Dealer for them to work on, nobody tells me anything I had to found out that it was taking back to Kendall, after getting Upset with the manager for a Poor Customer Service and After 2 days of not having a car I keep getting upset the only thing I wanted is to get a rental while they work on the vehicle after 2 hours and 30 minutes that I talk to ALAIN he says am going to see what I can do and call you back well nobody calls me I had to call the sales Rep ALBERTO HENAO to find out information on the Car and get inform that the car is ready to be pick up it blow my mind that in less then 4 hours they Fix Transmission problems Front Axel Problems and Brakes..... Pick up the Car drive it home didn't see anything out of the usual, and the next day the same problems come out on the Car............... After waiting in the lobby to talk to the Manager (ALAIN RODRIGUEZ) he never came out to give us his face, after finding out where his office was when in his office ask him for a Business card and had the xxxx to give me another managers business Card without telling me that it wasn't his, I find this to be RUDE and Disrespectful to Customers who is only asking was fair keep the car Make sure it gets FIX not just do a mediocre work on. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE BUYING ANYTHING AT AUTONATION NISSAN KENDALL

I had a horrible experience with one of your employees ( Alberto Turienzo ), he was very disrespectful and unprofessional with me and my husband! I leased a car last Sunday and apparently the finance person was new and did not explain certain things from the contract to me. I received a phone call 3 days later, today, to come back to pay the deposit for the lease which was not explained to me at all. From the beginning I was told no money down good credit and I also traded in my 2012 CAMRY. Well I returned today to speak to the Manager and while I was walking in, Mr Turienzo with out knowing me approached me ( apparently he did hear about the situation before I arrived Nissan ) and screamed in front of everyone in the Nissan lobby ( customers etc ) "TAKE AWAY HER KEY, PUT THE CAR IN THE BACK AND GIVE HER CAMRY BACK !!" It took me by surprise because i had never seen him before! I asked him, "Who are you and why are you talking to me this way ?? he replied back, "I am the Finance Manager, the one that processed your Finance!". I replied back to him, "I have never seen you before", and he replied," YOU DON'T NEED TOO !!!" I just told him that I just want to talk to a Manager !!! I felt that the way he spoke to me was very in appropriate and disrespectful to me and my husband, with out even asking what happened. Finally I spoke to the GM Mike Ochoa he did apologize for everything that happened and gave me a solution for the Honest Mistake made by the Finance and Sales Person as he called. I just wanted to mention that the Sales Person Juan Carlos was very nice and helpful from the beginning and the Finance person that corrected the mistake Mike was very respectful and helpful as well. I wanted to thank all of them for their patience on correcting and fixing this matter. I left with my New Nissan very Happy again !! Will be for employees like Alberto Turiezo I would have walked away!!! I really think that employees like Alberto should not be working with Customers !!
